Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A product purchase will not improve your chances of winning. 

1. Eligibility: Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the online giveaway page, who are at least 21+ years old at the time of entry, and live in the United States or Canada. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Otso Cycles, Wolf Tooth, 45NRTH, Pinebury, Northern Coffeeworks, Red Raven, Red Rider Resort, Portage Brewing, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsors as final and binding as they relate to the Giveaway. The Giveaway itself is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on January 4, 2024 (1/4/2024) at 11:00AM CST and ending January 10, 2024 (1/10/2024) at 11:59PM CST. All entries must be received by January 10, 2024 (1/10/2024) at 11:59PM CST. All times are GMT -06:00 Central Time (USA & Canada).

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an email address using the online form provided on this site. You must enter your email address before becoming eligible for additional entries. Entering your email address means that you consent to be added to the mailing lists of each Sponsor. Additional entries are gained by ‘following’ the Sponsors via social media and referring friends using the online form provided on the Giveaway site. One follow is equivalent to one additional entry. Entrants receive a referral bonus (5 entries) when a friend enters via the 'Refer a Friend' link. You may gain a minimum 15 (fifteen) entries into the Giveaway by completing the required steps. There is no limit on the amount of times an entrant may Refer a Friend; however, the Friend must register for the Giveaway in order for the entrant to receive additional entries. Entries must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. You must enter your email address only once and you must fill in the information as requested. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more times than indicated in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

5. Sponsors: The Sponsors of this Giveaway are Otso Cycles, Wolf Tooth, 45NRTH, Pinebury, Northern Coffeeworks, Red Raven, Red Rider Resort, and Portage Brewing. 

6. Prizes: One winner will be selected The winner will be able to select a +1 (friend, family member) to join them on the trip. The winner and their +1 will each receive a plane ticket to MSP; as well as a shared rental car; three nights of lodging at Red Rider Resort from 2/22/24 to 2/25/24; Otso Cycles Voytek 2 fat bikes to ride during the trip; 45NRTH riding gear (Naughtvind Pant, Naughtvind Jacket, Wolvhammer Boa Boot, Sturmfist 5 Gloves); Pinebury cycling apparel (Newry LS Performance T/base layer, Mountain Merino Wool Socks, Merino Wool Cycling Cap, Merino Wool Neck Gaiter); Wolf Tooth Singletrack Pogies v2 and Waveform Aluminum Pedals; Northern Coffeeworks coffee supplies (two bags of whole bean coffee, two boxes of instant coffee, and two camp coffee MiiR 360 mugs); Portage Brewing Company beer supplies (a mixed case of Snow Roll Nordic Pilsner and Sauna Water NA sparkling botanical water, two beanies, and two LS shirts); Red Raven Bike Shop $100 gift card; $300 pre-paid Visa card to assist with food and travel costs. Overall travel costs are not to exceed $1,200 USD, including the $300 gift card. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.   

7. Odds: The odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Purchasing products from any of the Sponsors will not increase odds to win, nor is purchase required.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsors. Winners will be notified via email to the email address with which they entered the Giveaway within five (5) days following the winner selection. The Sponsors shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk email, or other security settings or if winners provide incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time the award notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner (at the Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the Giveaway and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated. 

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Giveaway you understand that the Sponsors, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsors, or their respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the winner’s name, likeness, image, or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation. 

10. Terms: The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should (in their sole discretion) a computer virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsors may select the prize recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsors. The Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsors have the right, in their sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple unapproved entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same device in excess of those allowed by the Giveaway rules; and/or the use of bots, macros, or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the Giveaway you agree to periodically receive marketing emails from the Sponsors. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email. 

11. Limitations of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (vi) traveling in the plane, rental car, or biking. The winner is liable for any damage caused to the bikes, lodging, and rental car.

12. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by US and Minnesota law. As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in and with jurisdiction in MN. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (IE costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners’ List: Winners’ names and likenesses may be released on the Sponsors’ social media feeds and in a promotional email once winners have been notified and have claimed their Giveaway prizes. 

15. By entering this contest you agree to join each of the Sponsors’ email lists. As part of these lists, you will periodically receive new product announcements and news. You can opt out anytime by hitting ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email. 

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsors of this sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Google.
