Official Rules for The Discovery Map® Foodie Challenge

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win.

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, franchisees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Discovery Map International, Inc. are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period: The contest begins on 11/20/2024 and ends on 12/20/2024 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

   • Visit a restaurant, cafe, or bar in any Discovery Map® destination.
   • Snap a photo of your meal, snack, or drink.
   • Submit your entry via Viralsweeps.
   • Like the designated contest post on Instagram.

5. Entry Requirements:

   • Photos must be original and owned by the entrant.
   • Photos may not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
   • Entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

6. Winner Selection:

   • One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on [drawing date].
   • The winner will be announced via Instagram and notified through email or direct message.

7. Prize:

   • One (1) $100 gift Visa gift card
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Conditions of Participation:

   • By entering, participants agree to allow Discovery Map International, Inc. to use submitted photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   • Participants release Instagram and Discovery Map International, Inc. from any liability related to the contest.

9. Disqualification: Discovery Map International, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the contest requirements or violates the rules.

10. Void Where Prohibited: The contest is void where prohibited by law.
