Infinite Defense Summer Giveaway

Participation in the Infinite Defense Summer Giveaway (“Promotion”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Infinite Defense (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on June 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Promotion using one or more of the following methods during the Promotion Period.

A. PURCHASE ENTRIES

Eligible purchases made through the Infinite Defense website during the Promotion Period automatically receive entries into the Promotion.

Purchase Entry Structure

• Every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent equals one (1) entry.

• Entries are automatically assigned at checkout.

• No additional registration or submission is required.

• Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, canceled orders, returned items, refunded purchases, and fraudulent transactions do not qualify for entries.

• Maximum total entries per participant: 10,000 entries.

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”)

Participants may enter without making a purchase by submitting a handwritten postcard entry.

Mail-In Entry Instructions

Entrants must handwrite the following information on a standard postcard:

• Full legal name

• Complete mailing address

• Email address

• Phone number

• Date of birth

Mail-In Entry Rules

• Each valid handwritten postcard submission will receive one hundred (100) entries.

• Limit one (1) postcard submission per person per day.

• Postcards must be handwritten by the entrant.

• Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, automated, bulk mailed, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent submissions are void.

• Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2026 and received no later than August 7, 2026.

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

All valid mail-in entries will receive equal odds of winning as all other eligible entries.

C. OPTIONAL BONUS ENTRIES

Participants may have opportunities to receive limited bonus entries through optional promotional engagement activities during the Promotion Period.

Optional bonus activities may include:

• Joining the Infinite Defense email newsletter

• Following official Infinite Defense social media pages

• Voluntarily liking, commenting on, or sharing promotional content

• Participating in approved promotional campaigns

Participation in optional bonus activities is entirely voluntary and is not required to enter or win the Promotion.

Specific bonus entry values and limitations may be disclosed on the official giveaway landing page or associated promotional materials.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following tactical gear and accessory prize package with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of approximately $12,018.80 USD.

Included Prize Items

NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PROMOTION.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize item with another item of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return:

• Affidavit of Eligibility

• Liability Release

• Publicity Release (where lawful)

Failure to respond within seven (7) calendar days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, voice, statements, and photographs for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further notice or compensation.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules

• Tampers with the entry process

• Uses bots, scripts, automation, or fraudulent methods

• Engages in abusive, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike conduct

• Attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, promotional partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor makes no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the prize package except as required by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or misdirected entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Network, server, or platform interruptions

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Printing or typographical errors

• Errors in Promotion administration

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at:

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for Promotion administration, winner notification, and marketing communications consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. SOCIAL PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media or advertising platform.

Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any third-party platform.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules and the Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. WINNER LIST REQUEST

To obtain the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

15. RIGHT TO MODIFY

Sponsor reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Official Rules at any time in order to ensure fairness, legal compliance, and the proper administration of the Promotion.

All interpretations of these Official Rules are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
