OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Abaco Beach Resort Aqua-Venture Getaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of The Bahamas Tourist Office (the "Sponsor"), Abaco Beach Resort, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of The Bahamas Tourist Office as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online beginning September 10, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ending September 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by September 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Bahamas Tourist Office.

Limit: one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the entry limitations may result in disqualification.

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to be added to The Bahamas Tourist Office's consumer marketing database and consent to receive promotional and marketing email communications from The Bahamas Tourist Office, including destination news, travel inspiration, special offers, events, and other tourism-related communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing communications after submitting a valid entry will not affect the entrant's eligibility or chances of winning the Sweepstakes.

5. Prizes

Grand Prize: Abaco Beach Resort Aqua-Venture Getaway, including:

• Four (4) days / three (3) nights complimentary accommodation at Abaco Beach Resort.
• Accommodation in a Beachfront Balcony Guest Room, based on single or double occupancy.
• Access to resort amenities, including pickleball, tennis, padel, fitness center, non-motorized watersports equipment, two pools, two themed restaurants and bars, live entertainment, and a nature jogging trail.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,300 USD.

• Prize is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and is subject to availability, blackout dates, and other restrictions established by Abaco Beach Resort.
• Reservation requests must be made by calling 877-573-4799 or emailing info@abacobeachresort.com.
• Airfare and transportation to and from Abaco Beach Resort are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Prize does not include meals, beverages, taxes, fees, gratuities, transportation, or incidental or personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
• No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion.
• Prize is nontransferable.
• All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
• Winner and any travel companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation and complying with applicable travel requirements.
• Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for The Bahamas Tourist Office and Abaco Beach Resort to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) days of selection.

• U.S. residents must respond within 15 days of notification.
• Canadian residents must also correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (administered by email or phone) to claim the prize.
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the required time, or fails the skill-testing question (if applicable), the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant The Bahamas Tourist Office, Abaco Beach Resort, and their respective agents the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Terms

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to fraud, technical issues, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond its control that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to circumvent these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless The Bahamas Tourist Office, Abaco Beach Resort, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually before a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.

12. Privacy Policy & Marketing Communications

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected and used in accordance with The Bahamas Tourist Office's Privacy Policy available at bahamas.com/privacy-policy.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to their information being added to The Bahamas Tourist Office's consumer marketing database and to receiving promotional and marketing email communications from The Bahamas Tourist Office. Entrants may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications. Unsubscribing will not affect an otherwise eligible entry in the Sweepstakes.

13. Winners List

To request the name of the winner, email The Bahamas Tourist Office and include "Please email me the winners' list for the Abaco Beach Resort Aqua-Venture Getaway Sweepstakes" in the body of the email.
