Sweepstakes will run from 4/7/2023 at 4pm, EST through 5/6/2023 at midnight, EST.  Winner will be drawn on 5/7/2023.  

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Hesseling and Sons/Glitter Gunz as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

 The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hesseling and Sons/Glitter Gunz 

Prize:  Glock G43x with Rose Gold Glitter Gunz coated slide and mag plate and a Rose Gold Cerakote frame valued at $699.99.  No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted .

Winner will be drawn randomly from entries. 

Chance of winning depends on the number of entrants.

Must be 21 to win & a legal resident of the USA, residing in the USA.

Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.

The Glock 43x is restricted in California, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Maryland, Connecticut, New York, 

Must be legally able to own this firearm in your state of residence.

No prize substitutions or transfers to someone else if you win and are ineligible to take transfer of the Glock 43x.

The firearm will be transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws will apply.  Shipping is included with the prize but Transfer Fees charged by the receiving FFL ARE NOT included. 

Winner will be selected at random from the entries. Winner will be notified by email within 1 week following selection of Winner. Hesseling and Sons/Glitter Gunz shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Hesseling and Sons/Glitter Gunz sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
