COHEED AND CAMBRIA fans, this is the contest for you.  There will be three prizes:

2.  Two runner up prizes of just one Boxed Set each.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Enter by completing the online form located at https://www.samash.com/giveaways-and-contests (the “Contest Entry Page”). After you complete and submit your entry, you may submit additional entries by taking the actions specified in the Contest Entry Page such as, referring friends, visiting the Sam Ash Facebook page, and any of the other actions specified on completion of the entry form.  Each action will only create additional contest entries if completed through the Contest Entry Page.
2. This contest is sponsored by Sam Ash Music Marketing, LLC (“Sam Ash”), Atlantic Recording Corporation, Coheed and Cambria, and Gibson Brands, Inc. (collectively “Sponsors”). Your entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sam Ash if incomplete or not compliant with the rules. If you attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sam Ash. By entering this Contest, you agree to all the contest rules, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that everything in your entry is true.
3. You may enter from 9/24/22, 2022 at 11 a.m. until 10/26/22, 2022 at 12 p.m. Eastern Time.
4. Sam Ash will select one (1) winner at random from among all contest entries for the Grand Prize and two (2) winners at random for the Boxed Sets. The decision of the Sam Ash is final and cannot be appealed.
5. On 10/26/22, 2022, we will notify you by e-mail if you’ve won and which prize you have won. The winner will be expected to complete and sign Sponsors’ contest winner form. Failure to complete, sign, and return the form within 10 days, will disqualify the winner from the selected prize and a new winner will be selected for that prize and notified in the same manner.  Sponsors will not be responsible for any failure to receive the e-mail notification.  You alone are responsible to make sure the e-mail address in your entry is correct and to check your junk mail and spam blockers to make sure you receive the e-mail notification.
6. Only one Grand Prize and two Boxed Sets will be awarded. Sponsors are not responsible for shipping errors. Prizes are not transferable. All prize related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, statements, voice, biography, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. This promotion is sponsored and administered solely by Sponsors and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsors and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google.
8. We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, reject any entry, or make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary
9. This Contest is open only to US Residents 18 years of age or older, except for the employees and immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses) of Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and any other company involved in the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes drawings. All entries become the property of the Sponsors who will not return them.  Void where prohibited by law.  Contest is not open to residents of Rhode Island.

ADDITIONAL RULES:  Winners will be selected from qualifying entries at random.  The decision of the Judges will be final and non-appealable.  One entry per customer.  Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.  Each entrant, whether or not selected as a winning entrant, consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by the Sponsors for advertising purposes in any media without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of the winner and the winner may be required to provide his or her United States social security number for tax purposes. No content will be accepted for the contest that is defamatory, obscene, owned by a third party or, may, in Sponsors’ sole opinion, be inappropriate or harmful to any Sponsors’ reputation.

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  We expect many entries and only 1 winner.

IF YOU WIN:  Winners release the Sponsors, and each of their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with the Contest and in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of or the installation of the Prize. Each winner hereby consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by the Sponsors for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.  Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate. Any tax liabilities are the responsibility of the winner only.  Prize components are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsors do not make any warranty (including fitness for particular purpose) or guarantee with regard to the Prize.  If the Prize is not available, Sponsors may substitute an item of comparable value.

MORE RULES:  All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply.  Sam Ash is sole interpreter of the rules and its decisions are final. By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules. Void where prohibited by law.
