Scriveiner Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Scriveiner Ltd, a company headquartered at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, registered with Company Number  11815508.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom or the United States, in regions where Scriveiner currently ships.

• Employees of Scriveiner Ltd, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is made by completing the giveaway form and subscribing to the Scriveiner newsletter.

• By subscribing, entrants agree to receive email communications from Scriveiner. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the giveaway has ended.

• Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry upon submitting the form.

• Entrants may earn two (2) additional entries for each person they successfully refer to the giveaway using their unique referral link.

• Only valid referrals that result in a completed entry form will be counted.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

• The giveaway opens on 1 September, 2025.

• Entries must be received by 23:59 BST on Friday 26 September, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a collection of five Scriveiner Special Edition Classic Rollerball pens: Dark Grey, Aubergine, Teal, Sky Blue, and Ivory.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Scriveiner reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an automated draw system.

• The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the closing date.

• The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, Scriveiner reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data provided during the entry process will be used only for the purposes of administering this giveaway and in accordance with Scriveiner’s Privacy Policy, available at https://scriveiner.com/policies/privacy-policy.

• By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that Scriveiner may contact them via email with relevant updates, promotions, and news.

8. General

• Scriveiner reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.

• Scriveiner’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The giveaway is subject to the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social platform.
