Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SEE SECTION 4 FOR THE FREE METHODS OF ENTRY, INCLUDING FREE ENTRY BY MAIL. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor
North Valley Games LLC d/b/a Game Outpost, 3460 E Southern Ave, Ste 107, Mesa, AZ 85204 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is the "Reality Fracture Mesa In-Store Giveaway" (the "Promotion").

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to be physically present at Game Outpost Mesa, 3460 E Southern Ave, Ste 107, Mesa, AZ 85204 on September 26, 2026. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) and ends on September 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM MST (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE, MEMBERSHIP, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. There are three ways to enter, and all three carry exactly the same weight in the drawing.

Method 1 — Online entry. During the Promotion Period, complete and submit the official entry form on the Promotion entry page, including all required information.

Method 2 — Free in-store entry (no membership or purchase required). During the Promotion Period, visit any Game Outpost location during normal business hours and ask a staff member for a free Reality Fracture Mesa Giveaway entry form. Complete the form legibly with your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth, and deposit it in the entry box provided. Limit one (1) free in-store entry per person per day.

Method 3 — Free entry by mail. To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, phone number, and email address on a piece of paper and mail it to any Game Outpost location:

• Game Outpost Phoenix — 10210 N 32nd St, Unit B-3, Phoenix, AZ 85028
• Game Outpost Mesa — 3460 E Southern Ave, Ste 107, Mesa, AZ 85204
• Game Outpost Tempe — 5100 S McClintock Dr, Ste 103, Tempe, AZ 85282
• Game Outpost Chandler — 950 E Pecos Rd, Ste 7, Chandler, AZ 85225

Mark the envelope "Reality Fracture Mesa Giveaway." Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope and one (1) per person. Mail-in entries must be received by September 25, 2026 to be included in the drawing. No purchase, membership, or payment of any kind is required to use this method.

Mythic Goblin membership is one way to satisfy entry, but it is not required — the free in-store entry in Method 2 and the free mail-in entry in Method 3 are available to everyone on equal terms. Purchasing a membership, an event ticket, an RSVP, or any merchandise does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

All entrants, regardless of entry method, must also:

• Follow Game Outpost and TheTeaBeard on Instagram and TikTok;
• Check in at the Game Outpost Mesa location on September 26, 2026 on or after 12:00 PM MST; and
• Be physically present at Game Outpost Mesa at 7:30 PM MST when the Grand Prize winner is announced. An entrant who is not present when their name is announced forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be drawn.

Entering by mail or in store secures your entry; it does not remove the requirement to be present in order to claim a prize.

Use of any robotic, automated, programmed, or similar entry method, or entry through multiple identities, will void all entries by that person and that person may be disqualified.

5. Prizes
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of seven (7) sealed Magic: The Gathering booster boxes:

• Two (2) Reality Fracture Play Booster Boxes
• Two (2) Reality Fracture Collector Booster Boxes
• One (1) Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Booster Box
• One (1) Avatar: The Last Airbender Play Booster Box
• One (1) Magic: The Gathering Foundations Play Booster Box

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $2,000.00 USD.

Hourly Booster Box Prizes. In addition, Sponsor will award one (1) Play Booster Box at each of approximately 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 9:00 PM MST on September 26, 2026 (five prizes total). Sets will vary and are awarded at Sponsor's discretion. Winners of these prizes are drawn at random from the same pool of entrants who have checked in at Game Outpost Mesa, and an entrant must be present when their name is announced to claim the prize. ARV of each Play Booster Box: $150.00 USD. Total ARV of hourly prizes: $750.00 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes available in this Promotion: $2,750.00 USD.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and, for the hourly prizes, on the number of entrants checked in at the time of each drawing.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
All winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted at approximately 7:30 PM MST on September 26, 2026 at Game Outpost Mesa and streamed live on Game Outpost's Instagram account.

Winners must be physically present at Game Outpost Mesa when their name is announced. If a selected entrant is not present, does not come forward within a reasonable period as determined by Sponsor on site, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may require a winner to present valid government-issued photo identification and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before a prize is awarded.

7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged prior to award. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize, and all costs and expenses not expressly listed as included, including travel to and from Game Outpost Mesa, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to a winner for the ARV of the prize.

8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any media worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. Entrants acknowledge that the event and the drawings will be filmed, photographed, and streamed live, and that by attending they may appear in that footage.

9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, and to remove any such person from the premises.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Promotion, attendance at the event, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; for technical, hardware, software, or network malfunctions of any kind; or for any error in the transmission, receipt, or processing of entries.

11. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, available at gameoutpost.com. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their information in accordance with that policy. Entrants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications; such opt-in is not required to enter.

13. Winner List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Reality Fracture Mesa In-Store Giveaway — Winner List, North Valley Games LLC d/b/a Game Outpost, 3460 E Southern Ave, Ste 107, Mesa, AZ 85204.
