Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Fisher Scones “Show Us Your Scone Moment” Promotion, the “Promotion,” is sponsored by Fisher Scones, 15500 Redmond Woodinville Rd NE #400, Woodinville, WA 98072, the “Sponsor.” The Sponsor is responsible for the administration of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

2. No Purchase Required

No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase does not guarantee winning. Eligible participants may earn points through purchase-based and non-purchase methods as described below. A free alternate method of entry is available and allows eligible participants to earn the same number of points available through a qualifying baker’s dozen purchase.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of Fisher Scones are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on June 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time, the “Promotion Period.” Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

The Promotion will include two separate drawing periods:

Drawing Period 1: June 26, 2026, at 8:00 AM Pacific Time through July 17, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Drawing Period 1 will include prizes connected to the Seattle Storm games scheduled for July 20, 2026, and July 22, 2026.

Drawing Period 2: June 26, 2026, at 8:00 AM Pacific Time through July 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Drawing Period 2 will include prizes connected to the Seattle Storm game scheduled for July 28, 2026.

Sponsor may adjust drawing dates as necessary due to unavoidable administrative and/or prize-fulfillment reasons.

5. How to Enter and Earn Points

Eligible participants may enter the Promotion by completing the official online entry form and following the instructions provided on the Promotion page. Participants may earn points during the Promotion Period through the methods listed below.

Qualifying Baker’s Dozen Purchase

Participants may earn 3 points by submitting a valid receipt showing the purchase of at least one Fisher Scones baker’s dozen during the Promotion Period. Limit one baker’s dozen entry per person per calendar day. Each eligible baker’s dozen entry is worth 3 points.

If a receipt shows the purchase of more than one Fisher Scones baker’s dozen, the same receipt may be submitted on multiple calendar days, but only up to the total number of baker’s dozens shown on that receipt. For example, if a participant purchases three baker’s dozens on one receipt, that participant may submit the same receipt for one baker’s dozen entry on three separate calendar days. The participant may not receive more than one baker’s dozen entry, or 3 baker’s dozen points, on any single calendar day.

Only Fisher Scones baker’s dozen purchases qualify for baker’s dozen points. Half-dozens, single scones, other product purchases, product bundles, or other purchases do not qualify for baker’s dozen points unless expressly stated by Sponsor.

Receipts must be clear, legible, and show the purchase date, qualifying Fisher Scones baker’s dozen product, quantity purchased, and purchase location or seller. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any receipt that is incomplete, altered, duplicated beyond the number of qualifying baker’s dozens shown on the receipt, fraudulent, illegible, submitted outside the Promotion Period, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules.

Free Alternate Method for Baker’s Dozen Points

To earn points without making a purchase, eligible participants may complete the free alternate method of entry available on the Promotion page. To complete the free alternate method of entry, participants must submit the required online form and provide their full name, valid email address, and any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and administer the Promotion.

Each eligible free alternate method of entry submission is worth 1 point. Participants may submit up to three free alternate method of entry submissions per calendar day, for a maximum of 3 free alternate method of entry points per person per calendar day.

Participants may not receive more than 3 total baker’s dozen or free alternate method of entry points per calendar day. For clarity, a participant may receive either one 3-point baker’s dozen entry or up to three 1-point free alternate method of entry submissions on a calendar day, but may not combine both methods to exceed 3 total points for that day.

Other Point-Earning Actions

Participants may also earn 1 point for each eligible non-purchase action listed on the Promotion page, which may include social media engagement, content submission, sharing, following, or other promotional actions. Each action must be completed as instructed and is subject to any limits stated on the Promotion page.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all actions and disqualify points that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated by bots or scripts, duplicative, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit or rules of the Promotion.

6. Entry Limits

Participants may earn a maximum of 3 daily entry points per calendar day during the Promotion Period. Daily entry points may be earned through either a verified Fisher Scones baker’s dozen purchase entry or through the free alternate method of entry.

For a verified baker’s dozen purchase entry, each eligible entry is worth 3 points. Limit one baker’s dozen purchase entry per person per calendar day. If a receipt shows the purchase of multiple eligible baker’s dozens, the same receipt may be submitted on multiple calendar days, but only up to the total number of eligible baker’s dozens shown on that receipt. Participants may not receive more than one baker’s dozen purchase entry, or 3 baker’s dozen purchase entry points, on any single calendar day.

For the free alternate method of entry, each eligible free entry is worth 1 point. Participants may submit up to three free alternate method of entry submissions per calendar day, for a maximum of 3 free alternate method of entry points per person per calendar day.

Participants may not combine baker’s dozen purchase entries and free alternate method of entry submissions to exceed 3 daily entry points in a single calendar day.

Participants may also earn additional one-time bonus points for eligible actions listed on the Promotion page, subject to verification and any limits stated in these Official Rules. Available one-time bonus point opportunities include up to 3 points for referring a friend, 1 point for uploading a photo, 1 point for uploading a video, 3 points for purchasing a baker’s dozen at the scone wagon, 1 point for following Fisher Scones on Facebook, and 1 point for following Fisher Scones on Instagram.

The maximum total number of points available to any participant during the Promotion Period is 100 points. This total is calculated as a maximum of 3 daily entry points per eligible calendar day during the Promotion Period, plus the total number of available one-time bonus points. Once a participant reaches the maximum total point limit, no additional points will be awarded.

Participants may not use multiple names, email addresses, accounts, devices, social media profiles, or identities to circumvent the entry limits. Any attempt to circumvent the entry limits, manipulate point totals, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Promotion may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries and points received during the applicable drawing period. Each point earned by an eligible participant counts as one entry into the applicable drawing.

Drawing Period 1 winners will be selected from eligible points earned during Drawing Period 1. Drawing Period 2 winners will be selected from eligible points earned during Drawing Period 2.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible points received during each applicable drawing period. Eligible points earned by a participant will roll over from one drawing period to the next if the participant is not selected as a winner in the previous drawing, meaning non-winning participants remain eligible for future drawings using their accumulated eligible points. Once a participant is selected as a winner, that participant’s points will not roll over to any subsequent drawing unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Prizes

The prizes are:

Drawing Period 1: Two tickets to one of the Seattle Storm games scheduled for July 20, 2026 or July 22, 2026, as determined by Sponsor, plus a $50 Visa gift card.

Drawing Period 2: Two tickets to the Seattle Storm game scheduled for July 28, 2026, plus a $50 Visa gift card.

Approximate retail value of each prize: $500.00.

The specifics of each prize, including game date, seat location, ticket delivery method, and any product bundle details, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Transportation, parking, food, beverages, lodging, and any other expenses associated with attending a game are not included unless expressly stated.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, or otherwise transferred without the prior written permission of Conifer Foods, Inc. Any attempted sale, resale, transfer, or unauthorized use of the tickets may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Tickets will be administered digitally and delivered to the winner by email, text message, mobile ticketing platform, or another digital delivery method determined by Sponsor or Conifer Foods, Inc. Winner is responsible for providing accurate contact information and for accessing and accepting the digital tickets in accordance with any applicable ticketing platform requirements.

9. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email, phone, or other contact information provided at the time of entry within 4 days after the applicable drawing. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release, parental or guardian consent, or other documentation as required by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not respond within the time stated in the notification, fails to complete required documents, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Submission and Content Requirements

If the Sweepstakes includes user-submitted photos, videos, captions, comments, or other content, all submissions must be original to the entrant and must not include obscene, offensive, defamatory, hateful, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate material. Submissions must not include third-party trademarks, copyrighted music, copyrighted material, or the name, image, likeness, or voice of any person without permission.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any submission that does not comply with these Official Rules or that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, could harm the reputation of Sponsor, the Promotion, or any third party.

11. Rights Granted by Entrant

By entering the Promotion or submitting content, each entrant grants Sponsor and its designees the right, where permitted by law, to use the entrant’s name, likeness, image, voice, social media handle, statements, submitted content, and entry materials for advertising, publicity, promotional, and trade purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, bugs, viruses, platform changes, legal restrictions, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fisher Scones, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any claim, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or connected with the Promotion will be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Washington with jurisdiction.

15. Privacy

16. Winner List

To request the names of winners for prizes valued at more than $25, send a written request to: Fisher Scones, 15500 Redmond Woodinville Rd NE #400, Woodinville, WA 98072. Requests must be received within 60 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

17. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform. Additionally, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Seattle Storm, Climate Pledge Arena, or the One Roof Foundation. By participating, entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
