COINXCHANGE AND DOWNIES COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern the draw to win a George V 1921S Gold Sovereign, About Uncirculated valued at $4,995, an Australia 1937 & 1938 Crown Pair, Fine to Very Fine valued at $989 and a Shilling & Florin Australian 12-Coin Type Set valued at $679, run by Coinxchange Pty Ltd ABN 17 675 654 538 (Coinxchange) and Downies Collectables ABN 46 097 060 663 (Downies).

By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1 APPLICABILITY

(a) Information on how to enter and prizes, including any details set out on our platform, website or any other channel on which the Competition is advertised, forms part of these conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions contained in this document prevail over those contained on our website or any other channels.

(b) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2 COMPETITION PERIOD

(a) The Competition will commence on Friday, 17/07/2026 at 1:00PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and end on Sunday, 18/10/2026 at 7:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

3 ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS

(a) Entry is open to any person that:

(i) is an Australian resident permanently residing in any Australian state or territory; and

(ii) is over 18 years of age.

(Eligible Entrants).

(b) Each person that complies with clause 3(a) will be an “Eligible Entrant” for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

(c) Each Eligible Entrant must read and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Platform, available at www.coinxchange.com.au/privacy-policy.

(d) There is no maximum number of entries per Eligible Entrant for the duration of the Competition.

4 COSTS

The Competition requires no purchase or payment to enter. Eligible Entrants are responsible for all expenses required to submit an entry.

5 SUBMITTING AN ENTRY

(a) To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must subscribe to the Coinxchange email list and will receive 1 entry in the Competition.

(b) Eligible Entrants may gain the following additional entries into the Competition for each criterion satisfied below:

(i) Make a purchase of $200 or more on coinxchange for 5,000 entries;

(ii) Refer a friend who validly enters the Competition through the Eligible Entrant’s unique ViralSweep referral link for 2,000 entries per successful referral;

(iii) Make any purchase on coinxchange for 1,500 entries;

(iv) Join Downies’ FREE Collectors Circle for 1,200 entries;

(v) Create a coinxchange account for 800 entries;

(vi) Subscribe to Downies on YouTube for 600 entries;

(vii) Follow @downiescollectables on Instagram for 500 entries;

(viii) Follow downiescollectables on TikTok for 500 entries;

(ix) Like downiescollectables on Facebook for 500 entries;

(x) Subscribe to coinxchange on YouTube for 400 entries;

(xi) Join the Gold & Silver Stacker by coinxchange Facebook Group for 300 entries;

(xii) Share our Instagram video to your Instagram Story for 250 entries;

(xiii) Share our Facebook video to your Facebook timeline for 250 entries;

(xiv) Share our TikTok video to your TikTok Story for 250 entries;

(xv) Tag 3 friends in the comments on our Instagram video for 150 entries;

(xvi) Tag 3 friends in the comments on our Facebook video for 150 entries;

(xvii) Tag 3 friends in the comments on our TikTok video for 150 entries;

(xviii) Like our Instagram video for 100 entries;

(xix) Like our Facebook video for 100 entries;

(xx) Like our TikTok video for 100 entries;

(xxi) Follow @coinxchange_ on Instagram for 25 entries;

(xxii) Like coinxchange on Facebook for 25 entries; and

(xxiii) Follow coinxchange on TikTok for 25 entries.

(c) Eligible Entrants may obtain an unlimited number of entries into the Competition by satisfying the Competition criteria in clauses 5(a) and 5(b).

(d) Once an Eligible Entrant has submitted an entry in accordance with clauses 5(a) and 5(b), an entry will only be taken to have been officially accepted by Coinxchange and Downies as a valid entry once express confirmation has been provided to the Eligible Entrant through the giveaway software.

Once an entry has been accepted as a Valid Entry, no changes to or withdrawal of the Valid Entry will be permitted.

6 DRAW

(a) The Competition will be run for the Competition Period, and a draw will be conducted on or after the End Date, where, by completely random means, three Eligible Entrants will be selected as the first, second and third-place Winners.

(b) Unless specifically stated otherwise, there is only one draw and three Winners in the Competition.

(c) The draw will take place on or after Sunday, 18/10/2026 at Brighton, Victoria, 3186.

(d) An Eligible Entrant can only become a Winner of the Competition once per Competition Period.

7 PRIZES

(a) The prizes that will be given to the Winners of the Competition are:

1st place – a George V 1921S Gold Sovereign, About Uncirculated, valued at $4,995;

2nd place – an Australia 1937 & 1938 Crown Pair, Fine to Very Fine, valued at $989; and

3rd place – a Shilling & Florin Australian 12-Coin Type Set valued at $679.

(b) If applicable, the value of any Prize is in Australian Dollars, and all Prizes are valued by us at our sole discretion. Given the nature of the Prize, its value may change between the time of entry into the Competition and the time that the Prize is received by the Winner.

(c) All taxes and local government fees, excluding GST, that may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

(d) Coinxchange and Downies are not liable for any loss or damage, even if caused by negligence, as a result of any Winner accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

(e) Eligible Entrants acknowledge that Coinxchange and Downies make no promise or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Prize. If the Winners have an issue or complaint with any organisation associated with the Prize, Coinxchange and Downies are not responsible for resolving the issue, although they may choose to do so.

7A REFERRAL BONUS CASH PRIZE

(a) In addition to the prizes set out in clause 7, Coinxchange and Downies will award a $1,000 cash prize to the Eligible Entrant who referred the First Place Winner of the Competition, provided that the referral was made through the Eligible Entrant’s unique ViralSweep referral link and was successfully tracked in Coinxchange and Downies’ giveaway software backend.

(b) For the avoidance of doubt, the $1,000 cash prize will only be awarded if:

(i) the First Place Winner entered the Competition through a valid ViralSweep referral link;

(ii) the referral is recorded and verifiable in Coinxchange and Downies’ giveaway software backend;

(iii) the referring person is an Eligible Entrant and has complied with these terms and conditions; and

(iv) Coinxchange and Downies are able to clearly identify the referring Eligible Entrant through the giveaway software backend.

(c) If the First Place Winner did not enter the Competition through a valid ViralSweep referral link, or if the referral was not successfully tracked in Coinxchange and Downies’ giveaway software backend, no referral bonus cash prize will be awarded.

Manual claims, screenshots, messages, comments or other evidence will not be accepted as a substitute for backend tracking.

(d) If more than one person claims to have referred the First Place Winner, the referral recorded in Coinxchange and Downies’ giveaway software backend will be final and determinative.

(e) The $1,000 cash prize will be paid in Australian Dollars by electronic funds transfer or another payment method determined by Coinxchange and Downies after the First Place Winner and referring Eligible Entrant have been verified.

(f) Coinxchange and Downies reserve the right to withhold the referral bonus cash prize if they reasonably suspect that a referral was generated fraudulently, improperly, through misleading conduct or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.

8 ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

(a) Coinxchange and Downies will announce the Winners of the Prizes on the Coinxchange and Downies Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages on the Draw Date, being Sunday, 18/10/2026.

(b) The Winners will also be notified by way of:

(i) a phone call or text message sent to the phone number used by the Eligible Entrant to enter the Competition or subscribe to the Coinxchange platform.

(c) Once notified, the Winners must provide Coinxchange and Downies with their preferred postal address.

(d) Coinxchange and Downies will arrange for the Prize to be posted by registered mail to the Winners’ postal addresses within 7 days of receiving confirmation of the details required under clause 8(c).

9 PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

(a) In the event that any part of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Coinxchange and Downies’ control, Coinxchange and Downies may, at their absolute discretion, substitute the Prize or the relevant part of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

(b) The Prize is not redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

10 UNCLAIMED PRIZES

(a) Coinxchange and Downies will use their best endeavours to contact the Winners of a Prize using the contact details provided in their entry. However, Coinxchange and Downies will not be liable for a Winner’s failure to receive a notification of winning if they provided incorrect contact details.

(b) If a Winner fails to comply with the instructions in a written notification regarding claiming the Prize within 1 month of the End Date, the following will occur:

(i) all of the Winner’s entries will be disqualified, and they will not be entitled to the applicable Prize;

(ii) the Prize will be redrawn 1 month after the End Date, on 18/11/2026 at 8:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT); and

(iii) the location of this draw will be Brighton, Melbourne, Victoria, 3186.

11 USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

(a) Personal information, including Eligible Entrants’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, social media details and postal addresses, will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition.

This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and Coinxchange or Downies agents or third-party service providers, for the purposes of conducting the Competition or for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media (Purpose).

(b) By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose and agree that Coinxchange and Downies may contact them for future marketing and promotional purposes without payment.

Eligible Entrants agree that Coinxchange and Downies may use this information for that purpose and disclose it to other organisations or persons, including overseas service providers that may use it in any media for the Purpose.

(c) Coinxchange and Downies may contact Eligible Entrants to participate in publicity, photography and any other promotional activity that Coinxchange and Downies reasonably require without compensation.

(d) Eligible Entrants may access, change or update their personal information by emailing Coinxchange at support@coinxchange.com.au.

A copy of Coinxchange’s Privacy Policy is available at www.coinxchange.com.au/privacy-policy.

The Privacy Policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy-related complaint.

12 GENERAL CONDITIONS

(a) Coinxchange and Downies accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.

(b) Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify Coinxchange.

A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of a Prize should be directed to Coinxchange.

(c) Coinxchange and Downies may, at their absolute discretion, request verification of any personal information provided by Eligible Entrants for the purposes of the Competition and arranging a Prize.

(d) Coinxchange and Downies reserve the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these terms and conditions, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the fair and proper conduct of this Competition.

Failure by Coinxchange and Downies to enforce any of their rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

(e) By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions, the Competition and the consequences of receiving a Prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers, such as social media platforms and video platforms (Third-Party Terms).

Provided that Coinxchange and Downies have made it clear that they use such third-party suppliers and those suppliers’ Third-Party Terms apply, Coinxchange and Downies will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by Eligible Entrants in connection with those Third-Party Terms.

(f) Participants in the Competition may have rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other similar legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by Coinxchange or Downies.

These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way.

(g) However, to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 12(h), the total liability of each party in respect of loss or damage sustained by the other party in connection with these terms is limited to the amount equivalent to the Competition Prize.

(h) Clause 12(g) does not apply to any Participant’s liability in respect of loss or damage sustained by Coinxchange or Downies arising from a Participant’s breach of:

(i) clause 3 (Eligible Entrants); or

(ii) clause 12 (General Conditions).

(i) Coinxchange and Downies will not be liable for performance delays or non-performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including any decision of a government authority.

If the Competition is not capable of running as planned, Coinxchange and Downies reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to take any action available to them and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or amend these terms and conditions, unless doing so would be prohibited by law.

(j) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applying in Victoria.
