Magpul Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Magpul Industries Corp. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Magpul as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 5/21/2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ending 6/30/2026 at 11:59 PM CST. All online entries must be received by 6/30/2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided via ViralSweep. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Magpul. Limit one (1) entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. Entries generated by robotic, macro, script, or other automated means are void. Fraudulent methods of entry will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Magpul. Eligibility is at the exclusive discretion of Magpul, and Magpul shall be entitled to reject any entrant for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation. Magpul reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason and without prior notice to any participant. In such instance, Magpul may, if and as appropriate, select a winner using reasonable means that are materially consistent with the Sweepstakes.

5. Additional Requirement for Prize Eligibility

To be eligible to win, entrants must be following @Magpul on X (formerly Twitter) at the time of winner selection and verification. Failure to follow @Magpul will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prizes

There will be 1 winner(s) selected. The approximate total retail value of all prizes is $150. Each prize pack will include 1 DAKA® Utility Organizer - Large, 1 Cleaning Kit (Tools + Hoppe’s), 1 Magpul Hat, 1 Magpul T-Shirt, 1 Sticker Pack, and 1 Decal.

Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are awarded "as-is" and without any warranties or guarantees.  The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Magpul. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Magpul’s discretion; Magpul reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Magpul to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Magpul on or about 7/03/2026[GB1] . A potential winner will be notified via the email address provided on their ViralSweep entry form within five (5) business days of selection. Magpul shall not be liable for any potential winner’s failure to receive notifications due to any reason, including but not limited to spam filters, junk mail, or incorrect contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to meet eligibility requirements (including following @Magpul on X), or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant Magpul, its licensees, and assigns the right to use your entry, name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation or further notice, where permitted by law.

10. Terms

Magpul reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should causes beyond its control (including technical failure, fraud, or other events) affect the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes. Magpul reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

Magpul has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: lost entries; late entries; incomplete entries; technical issues with the entry process; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Magpul reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Magpul, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation or acceptance of any prize, participant’s use of prize, and Magpul’s use of participant’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information. Magpul is not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized intervention, or human error affecting the Sweepstakes or entry process.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively before a court in Texas having jurisdiction. The parties hereto waive any right to a trial by jury.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Magpul website: https://magpul.com/privacy-policy.

14. Winners List
