Volo Museum 1960 Buick LeSabre Sweepstakes – Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in the sweepstakes is free. Making a purchase will not enhance your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

Volo Museum and Volo Auto Sales. 27582 Volo Village Rd. Volo, IL 60073.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Volo Museum, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on April 24, 2025, and ends at 12PM Central Time on December 18, 2025. The winner will be announced on Friday December 19th at 12pm CST via a live stream on Volo Museum and Volo Auto Sales Youtube and Facebook pages. 

5. HOW TO ENTER

Limit one (1) entry per person. To enter, complete the official entry form available at Volo Museum or online at volomuseum.com/sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 12PM Central Time on December 18, 2025. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: A 1960 Buick LeSabre (Approximate Retail Value: $35,000). The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed. The vehicle will be awarded as-is with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. Volo Museum is not responsible for any detailing, mechanical repairs, or improvements after the winner is announced. The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including transportation of the vehicle to the winner's residence. If the prize value exceeds $600, the sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner, as required by law.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on December 18th, 2025, after 12 pm CST from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will be about 1 in 50,000.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

We will draw ten emails from all entries. We will email each of the ten people to participate in a live Zoom announcement on Friday, December 19th at 12pm CST. The ten finalists must be able to join the public Zoom meeting as we announce the winner. Failure to respond to the email will result in another person being emailed to join the group of ten finalists. 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. The sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or other errors that may affect the entry process. 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Volo Museum, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or the use or misuse of any prize.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the sweepstakes or as required by law.

12. WINNER'S LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Volo Museum Sweepstakes Winner, 27582 Volo Village Rd, Volo, IL 60073. Requests must be received by January 1, 2026.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
