DRAG CARTEL OCTOBER VALVE COVER GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor & Eligibility

The Drag Cartel October Valve Cover Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Drag Cartel Industries, 2280 Shasta Way, Unit 111, Simi Valley, CA 93065, USA (“Sponsor”).

The Giveaway is open worldwide to legal residents of jurisdictions where participation in this type of promotion is legally permitted who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law, or where Sponsor would be required to register, obtain a permit or license, post a bond, or satisfy other legal requirements Sponsor has not fulfilled.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.

Entrants are responsible for confirming that participation is permitted under the laws applicable in their country or jurisdiction of residence.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Three winners will be randomly selected in connection with the Giveaway.

4. Purchase Entries & Bonus Periods

Qualifying purchases made through DragCartel.com during the Giveaway Period may earn additional entries.

The standard purchase-entry rate is:

Every $50 spent = 1 entry

Purchase-entry multipliers will apply as follows:

Unless otherwise stated, each multiplier period begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on the first date listed and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on the final date listed.

The final 10X bonus-entry period ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026, when the Giveaway closes.

Purchase entries are calculated using qualifying merchandise totals. Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, cancelled orders, refunded or returned merchandise, and fraudulent transactions may be excluded when determining qualifying entries.

Sponsor may apply certain bonus-entry periods to specific products or collections instead of sitewide, provided the applicable products or collections are disclosed as part of that promotion.

5. Alternative Method of Entry — No Purchase Required

No purchase is necessary to participate or to receive purchase-equivalent entries.

Participants may use the Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) provided through ViralSweep to earn entries without making a purchase.

The AMOE provides eligible participants with the same opportunity to earn entries as participants using the purchase method, including applicable bonus-entry opportunities.

Participants must follow the AMOE instructions presented through the Giveaway.

All eligible free, AMOE, social, referral, and purchase entries will be included in the applicable drawing pool.

6. Winner Drawings

One winner will be randomly selected in connection with each of the following drawing periods:

Entries received after the October 17 cutoff will not be eligible for Winner #1 but will remain eligible for subsequent drawings.

Entries received after the October 24 cutoff will not be eligible for Winner #2 but will remain eligible for the final drawing.

The final entry period closes at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026. The third and final winner will be randomly selected after the Giveaway has closed from all eligible entries received by the final cutoff.

Entrants who do not win an earlier drawing will remain eligible for all remaining drawings, including previously accumulated eligible entries.

Once an entrant is confirmed as a winner, that individual will no longer be eligible to win another prize in this Giveaway.

Limit one prize per person or household.

7. Prizes

A total of three prizes will be awarded.

Each winner will receive:

One (1) Yellow Drag Cartel Valve Cover

Approximate Retail Value: $399.33 USD each
Total Approximate Retail Value: $1,197.99 USD

Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, national, state, provincial, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.

International winners may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges associated with receiving the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Odds & Winner Notification

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each applicable drawing.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided at entry and must respond within 72 hours of notification.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found to be ineligible, cannot legally receive the prize in their jurisdiction, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate, automate, abuse, or fraudulently participate in the Giveaway.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, changes in applicable law, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the fairness or proper operation of the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, agencies, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

10. Privacy & Publicity

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Drag Cartel’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize gives Sponsor permission to identify and announce the winner in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Google, or any other social or advertising platform used to promote it.

12. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections an entrant may have under applicable law in their jurisdiction of residence.

One operational change to make everywhere else: because the final entry window now stays open until 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, I’d change customer-facing language from “Winner selected October 31” to something like “Final entries close October 31” or “Final winner drawn after October 31.” That keeps the landing page, emails, ads, and rules consistent.
