6. Prize Fulfillment and Firearm Transfer Requirements (NEW)

No prize will be shipped directly to the winner. All prizes will be shipped by Sponsor [or its designated dealer] to a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) located in the winner's state of residence. The suppressor must be received by an FFL that is also a Special Occupational Taxpayer (“SOT”) authorized to transfer National Firearms Act (“NFA”) items.

1. Dealer selection. Within [seven (7)] days of winner confirmation, the winner must identify a licensed FFL/SOT dealer in his or her state of residence that agrees to accept the transfer. Sponsor reserves the right to approve or reject the selected dealer. The dealer must provide a copy of its FFL and SOT documentation to Sponsor.
2. Rifle transfer. The rifle will be shipped to the receiving FFL. The winner must appear in person at the FFL, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a NICS background check and any state-required check, permit or waiting period before taking possession.
3. Suppressor transfer. The suppressor will be transferred to the receiving FFL/SOT [via ATF Form 3, if required]. The winner (individually, or through a gun trust or other legal entity in which the winner is a responsible person) must then complete an ATF Form 4, including fingerprints, photograph and notification to the chief law enforcement officer (CLEO), as required. The suppressor will be released only after ATF approves the Form 4 and the winner completes any additional transfer requirements at the dealer.
4. NFA tax. As of January 1, 2026, the federal $200 NFA transfer tax no longer applies to suppressors, but ATF registration and Form 4 approval are still required. If any NFA tax or fee applies at the time of transfer, it is the winner's responsibility [unless paid by Sponsor].
5. Timing. The winner must complete all paperwork and appear at the dealer within [thirty (30)] days of each prize's arrival and must submit the Form 4 within [thirty (30)] days of the dealer's request. ATF processing times are outside Sponsor's control; Sponsor is not responsible for any delay in approval.
6. Denial or failure to complete. If the winner fails a background check, is denied by ATF, cannot provide an eligible dealer, fails to meet any deadline in this Section, or is otherwise legally unable to receive any prize, that prize [or the entire prize package] will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award it to an alternate winner. No compensation or substitute will be provided for a forfeited prize.
7. Compliance. Sponsor, the shipping dealer and the receiving dealer may refuse to transfer any prize if they believe in good faith the transfer would violate any federal, state or local law.

[If the Q Mini Fix is awarded in its short-barreled rifle (“SBR”) configuration, it is an NFA firearm and will be transferred under the same Form 4 process as the suppressor in step 3, in place of step 2. The winner must be legally permitted to possess an SBR in his or her state and locality of residence, and is solely responsible for obtaining ATF approval (ATF Form 5320.20) before transporting the SBR across state lines, as required by law.] (NEW)
