WYNDHAM CHAMPIONSHIP SUMMER GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR THE PROMOTION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Wyndham Championship Summer Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by the Wyndham Championship ("Sponsor"). 

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agencies, and partners are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion and participation and eligibility therein is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on June 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on August 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period").

Participants may visit the giveaway page each day during the Promotion Period to earn additional entries. Daily entry opportunities reset at 12:00 a.m. ET each day.

Weekly prize drawings will be conducted throughout the Promotion Period in accordance with the schedule set forth below, barring any cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Promotion. All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will remain active for the duration of the Promotion. Entries earned at any time during the Promotion Period will carry forward and remain eligible for all subsequent weekly prize drawings until a participant wins a prize or the Promotion concludes. Participants do not need to re-enter each week to remain eligible for future drawings.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway registration form during the Promotion Period.

Each participant will receive one (1) entry upon successful registration.

In addition, participants may return to the giveaway page once per day during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) Daily Entry.

Participants may also earn bonus entries, subject to the limitations and conditions set forth below, by completing the following activities:

• Post on the Wyndham Championship Kudoboard: 50 additional entries per eligible post, limited to one (1) post per day. Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, what constitutes an “eligible post.”
• Refer a friend who completes registration using your unique referral link: 10 additional entries per referral (maximum of 3 referrals for a total of 30 entries)
• Follow the official Wyndham Championship account on Instagram: 5 additional entries
• Share the giveaway on Instagram: 5 additional entries per share
• Follow the official Wyndham Championship account on X: 5 additional entries
• Share the giveaway on X: 5 additional entries per share

Daily Entry opportunities and eligible Kudoboard posts reset at 12:00 a.m. ET each day unless otherwise specified.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and bonus activities and to disqualify any participant who, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, submits false, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries. Sponsor’s determination regarding the validity of any entry shall be final and binding and not subject to review, appeal, or challenge.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

 5. REFERRAL ENTRIES

Referral entries will only be awarded when the referred individual successfully completes the giveaway registration process through the participant's unique referral link.

Referral entries are limited to three (3) completed registrations per participant.

Each referred individual must be a unique person and may only register once. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals will not qualify for additional entries. 

6. PRIZES

One (1) winner will be selected each week from all eligible entries received through the applicable drawing date.

• Two (2) Club Wyndham Beach passes for a day of the winner's choice at the 2026 Wyndham Championship

Week of July 8, 2026

• Cameron Young signed Quiet paddle
• Two (2) grounds tickets for a day of the winner's choice at the 2026 Wyndham Championship

Week of July 15, 2026

• Two (2) Cabana tickets for each tournament day (Thursday-Sunday) of the 2026 Wyndham Championship

Week of July 22, 2026

• $250 merchandise credit redeemable at the Wyndham Championship merchandise shop during tournament week
• Two (2) grounds tickets for a day of the winner's choice at the 2026 Wyndham Championship

Week of July 29, 2026

• Cameron Young signed Wyndham Championship flag
• Two (2) grounds tickets for a day of the winner's choice at the 2026 Wyndham Championship

Approximate retail values (“ARV”) may vary and such variations do not constitute grounds for any claim against Sponsor.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater ARV if a listed prize becomes unavailable for any reason, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Such substitution will not give rise to a claim for a specific prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor or its designated agent from all eligible entries received through the applicable drawing date. All drawings will be conducted blindly using a randomized selection process.

Odds of winning for any given participant depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to (i) the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period, and (ii) the number of eligible entries held by such participant. Due to the bonus entry structure, participants who engage in more promotional activities may have proportionally higher odds of winning, depending on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified via email using the email address provided during registration. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will have no obligation to provide a prize to a potential winner if such winner does not respond to the email within the five (5) day time frame, including any failure to respond by reason of an incorrect or incomplete email address.

Once a participant has been confirmed as a winner of any weekly prize, that participant will be removed from future drawings and will not be eligible to win an additional prize during the Promotion Period. Potential winners who do not respond to the notification email in accordance with the guidelines set forth above will be eligible to participate and win prices in future drawings during the Promotion Period, provided that they have remaining eligible entries.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city and state of residence, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation to or consent from such winner.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. Such cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Promotion will relieve Sponsor of its obligation to award prizes to participants in the Promotion, permanently in the case of cancellation, or until the Promotion is restarts, in the case of suspension or modification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify these Promotion rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or any claim that an entrant’s entry was not properly received, recorded, considered, or selected. Released Parties are not responsible for any cancellation, suspension, or modification of the Promotion, or any technical malfunctions, human error, lost or delayed entries, or other errors that may affect entry submission or the drawing process. 

11. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy practices.

 12. WINNERS LIST

For the names of winners, send a written request to the Sponsor within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

13. SPONSOR'S DECISIONS

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding the Promotion are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and are not subject to appeal, review, or challenge.
