Promoter

This competition is conducted by Fonzie Abbott Coffee Roasters Pty Ltd ("Promoter"), ABN 96 146 682 724, located at 20 Ross Street, Newstead, QLD, 4006.

Competition Period

The competition opens at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 3 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Fonzie Abbott Coffee Roasters and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the draw, entrants must:

• Submit their name and valid email address via the official competition entry form during the competition period.

Bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions within the ViralSweep giveaway platform, including:

• Following Fonzie Abbott on Instagram.
• Referring friends using the entrant's unique referral link.

Each completed action will receive the number of bonus entries displayed within the giveaway platform.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Breville Barista Touch Espresso Machine (Black)
• 12 months of Fonzie Abbott coffee

The coffee prize consists of one (1) x 1kg bag of Fonzie Abbott coffee per month for twelve (12) consecutive months (total value based on current retail pricing).

The total prize value is approximately AUD $2,000.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw on Tuesday 1 September 2026.

The winner will be contacted via the email address supplied upon entry within five (5) business days of the draw.

The winner's first name, last initial and state may be published on Fonzie Abbott's website and social media channels.

Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

Incomplete, fraudulent or automated entries may be deemed invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Fonzie Abbott Coffee Roasters for the purposes of administering the competition.

Entrants will also receive marketing communications from Fonzie Abbott Coffee Roasters. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Fonzie Abbott's Privacy Policy.

Liability

Except where prohibited by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this competition or the acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
