Official Rules for the Mainely Provisions Sun Cruiser Giveaway

ABOUT THE PRIZE: One Sun Cruiser Snowboard. Transportation, assembly, and accessories not included.

Sweepstakes open to U.S. residents 21 and older. Employees of Mainely Provisions and its affiliated companies, as well as members of the immediate families or households of such employees, are not eligible to enter.

  RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Sweepstakes runs January 21, 2026 – February 15th, 2026. Entries must be received by noon on February 15th, 2026.

• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Limit one entry per person.

• This prize may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• Mainely Provisions and their co-sponsors are not liable for injuries, property, or personal damages caused directly or indirectly in conjunction with this sweepstakes; these will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these official rules by the entrant and grants permission for Mainely Provisions to use the entrant’s name and image for promotional purposes. By entering, you agree to allow Mainely Provisions to contact you by email, text, or phone.

 ELIGIBILITY 

• Each enter-to-win sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions where the promotion is advertised who are 21 years or older at the time of entry.

• Void where prohibited.

• Employees, officers, family members, and representatives of Mainely Provisions are not eligible.

PROMOTION PERIOD 

• The Promotion begins on the start date indicated in promotional materials and ends at 11:59:59 PM local time on the end date indicated (“Promotion Period”).

PRIZE(S)  

• The prize consists of a Sun Cruiser bicycle. Mainely Provisions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Mainely Provisions’ sole discretion.

• All federal, state, and local taxes or other fees associated with prize receipt and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Mainely Provisions will notify winners via email after the end of the Promotion Period. Winners must respond within two (2) calendar days of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond or if notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

 CONTENT SUBMISSION 

 All entries, including photos or videos submitted, become the exclusive property of Mainely Provisions. By entering, you:

1. Grant Mainely Provisions permission to use, in perpetuity and at its sole discretion, your name and likeness on its website and any promotional materials, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

2. Represent and warrant that you are the original creator of all visual, audiovisual, and written materials included in your entry, and that they do not infringe on any trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

3. Represent and warrant that submitted materials have not been commercially exploited before.

4. Represent and warrant that submitted materials do not contain defamatory, libelous, illegal, or obscene content.

 DISCLAIMER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY

By entering, each contestant agrees that neither Mainely Provisions nor its employees, agents, representatives, contractors, or affiliated parties (collectively “Mainely Provisions Related Parties”) shall be responsible or liable for:

• Any late, lost, stolen, forged, corrupted, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries;

• Any errors, omissions, misinformation, or misidentification in an entry;

• Any dispute or claim arising from participation in this Contest or receipt, ownership, or use of the prize;

• Any technical errors or failures including computer hardware, software, Internet, network, cable, phone, or other communication errors;

• Any damage to a contestant’s or any other person’s hardware, software, or data resulting from participation or accessing any materials in connection with the Contest.

By entering, contestants release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mainely Provisions and its Related Parties from any claims, suits, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Mainely Provisions reserves the right to terminate, cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any online service or undermine the Contest is a violation of law, and Mainely Provisions reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 DISPUTES

This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
