This giveaway is open from 12:01 am Monday June 23rd, 2025 to Monday, June 30th, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST One (1) winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by email only and will not be announced publicly via social media. The selected winner has 48 hours to confirm receipt and validate their email address. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must reside in a location where the giveaway is not prohibited by law. Void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the sponsoring brands and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are not eligible.

Note: To comply with GDPR, this promotion is not open to entrants residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with similar restrictions.

2. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

To enter:

1. Follow each brand’s official Instagram account.

2. Tag three (3) friends in the specified giveaway post.

3. Visit the giveaway URL, submit your email and mobile number, and agree to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from the participating brands.

By entering, you consent to receive promotional messages; message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the winner is drawn may void your entry.

3. PRIZE

4. ODDS & SELECTION

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by the sponsor. All decisions are final and binding.

5. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING PRIZE

The selected winner will be contacted by email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIVACY & DATA USE

By participating, entrants agree that their personal information may be collected and used by the sponsoring brands for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for future marketing communications in accordance with each brand’s privacy policy.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in whole or in part at any time without notice if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, participating brands, and any platform (including Instagram) from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
