1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to all parents, pregnant, families, and friends residing in the United States.

3. Disqualification

Failure to maintain the following, liking, and being inside the exclusive group until the end of the sweepstake will result in disqualification from the giveaway. Entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Max&So.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The draw of the winner will be held inside the Facebook Group. The winner announcement will be made inside the Facebook Community Group after the sweepstake is due and notified via Email. Max&So shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

5. Prizes

The winner will receive the Max&So Premium Bundle, which includes: One (1) baby wrap carrier, One (1) set of Dalia crib sheet (2 pack), and One (1) set of Dalia diaper cover (2 pack). No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Max&So’s discretion.

6. Terms & Conditions

Max&So reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Max&So’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Max&So reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Important Note

We will be verifying that all entries have completed the necessary steps: liking and following our Facebook page, and joining our group. Please ensure you've completed all these steps, as entries that haven't followed every requirement will be disqualified.
