1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 This sweepstakes is open to all individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)
• Who meet all eligibility requirements as outlined herein

1.2 The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

• Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Lametto Rose Race Team and their immediate family members
• Employees of Shopify and ViralSweep (sweepstakes administrator) and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have won a Lametto Rose Race Team sweepstakes prize in the previous 12 months
• Individuals subject to any applicable gambling or sweepstakes restrictions in their jurisdiction

1.3 Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose participation would violate applicable law or these Official Rules.

2. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW & MONTHLY STRUCTURE

2.1 Ongoing Monthly Program: Lametto Rose Race Team operates a continuous monthly 50/50 sweepstakes program. A new sweepstakes begins each month on the 15th and draws are held on the 1st of the following month.

2.2 Monthly Entry Period - Standard Months: For all months after May 2026:

• Entry Window Opens: 15th of each month at 12:01 AM EST
• Entry Window Closes: Last day of same month at 11:59 PM EST
• Example - June 2026: June 15, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) to June 30, 2026 (11:59 PM EST)
• Example - July 2026: July 15, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) to July 31, 2026 (11:59 PM EST)
• Pattern Continues: This cycle repeats every month indefinitely

2.3 First Month (May 2026) - Special Entry Period:

• Entry Opens: May 15, 2026 at 12:01 AM EST
• Entry Closes: May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST
• All subsequent months follow the standard monthly schedule (Section 2.2)

2.4 Drawing & Announcement Schedule:

• Drawing Date: 1st day of the following month (e.g., June 1 for May 15-31 entries)
• Drawing Time: 2:00 PM EST
• Announcement Time: 3:00 PM EST (same day, one hour after drawing)
• Examples:
  • May 15-31 entries → Drawn June 1 at 2:00 PM EST → Announced 3:00 PM EST
  • June 15-30 entries → Drawn July 1 at 2:00 PM EST → Announced 3:00 PM EST
  • July 15-31 entries → Drawn August 1 at 2:00 PM EST → Announced 3:00 PM EST

3. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1: Online Purchase

3.1 Entrants may earn entries by making purchases on lamettorose.com:

• Entry Formula: Every $1.00 CAD spent = 1 entry
• Qualifying Products:All products sold on lamettorose.com, including:
  • Monthly 50/50 Sweepstakes Ticket packages ($10, $25, $50, $100, $250)
  • All merchandise (apparel, gear, accessories)
• Entry Calculation: Entries are calculated based on the purchase price BEFORE taxes and shipping
• Multiple Purchases: Entrants may make multiple purchases within an entry period; each purchase generates separate entries
• Monthly Resets: Entries are specific to each monthly drawing. Entries do NOT carry over between months.

3.2 How to Enter Online:

1. Visit lamettorose.com
2. Select desired product(s)
3. Complete checkout with valid payment information
4. Provide valid email address
5. Entry is automatically recorded upon completed transaction
6. Confirmation email sent within 24 hours with entry count and applicable drawing month

Method 2: Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

3.3 To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard or letter containing:

• Your full legal name
• Your complete mailing address
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The words "50/50 SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY"
• The applicable month (e.g., "ENTRY FOR MAY 2026" or "ENTRY FOR JUNE 2026")

3.4 Mail-In Entry Requirements:

• Must be postmarked on or before the last day of the applicable entry month (e.g., by May 31 for May entry)
• Only one entry per postcard/letter
• Each entry must be on separate postcard/letter
• Entries must be legible to be valid
• Lametto Rose Race Team is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail
• Photocopies, facsimiles, and electronically transmitted entries are not accepted
• Entries received after the deadline will NOT be entered into the drawing
• Entries will be applied to the monthly drawing for the month designated on the entry form

3.5 Processing Timeline:

• Mail-in entries will be processed within 5 business days of receipt
• Entry confirmation will be sent to the email address provided on the postcard
• Entrants may contact michael@lamettorose.com to verify receipt of mail-in entry

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

4.1 This sweepstakes is open to all eligible individuals regardless of purchase history.

4.2 The mail-in entry method (Section 3.3) provides a free alternate method of entry that does NOT require any purchase.

4.3 Purchasing products does NOT increase chances of winning beyond the mathematical advantage of additional entries generated by the purchase amount.

4.4 All entries (purchased and mail-in) are treated equally and have the same probability of selection in the random drawing.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

5.1 Prize: The Grand Prize consists of 50% of the total net revenue from all sweepstakes entries in that calendar month's entry period.

5.2 Prize Calculation:

• Total Monthly Revenue: Sum of all purchase amounts received by Lametto Rose Race Team during that month's entry period (before taxes and shipping)
• Grand Prize Amount: Total Monthly Revenue × 0.50 (50%)
• Lametto Rose Race Team Retains: Total Monthly Revenue × 0.50 (50%)
• Example: If $10,000 in entries are purchased during May 15-31, the June 1 drawing Grand Prize = $5,000

5.3 Prize Approximate Value: The approximate retail value of the prize depends on total entries received in that month and will be determined after the monthly Entry Period closes.

5.4 Prize Limitations:

• Grand Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value if not claimed within 30 days of notification
• No substitutions or alternative prizes offered
• Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee
• Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize

5.5 Single Monthly Winner:

• Only ONE winner will be selected per monthly drawing
• If multiple winners are selected due to drawing error, a secondary draw will determine the sole winner
• Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to conduct a recount if discrepancies are discovered

5.6 Participation in Multiple Months:

• Entrants may participate in multiple monthly drawings
• Winning a prize does NOT disqualify entry in future months
• However, winners of Lametto Rose Race Team sweepstakes in the previous 12 months are NOT eligible (Section 1.2)

6. WINNER SELECTION

6.1 Drawing Method:

• Winner will be selected through an automated random drawing using ViralSweep's proprietary Automated Random Number Generator (RNG) technology
• Drawing will be conducted on the Drawing Date and Time specified in Section 2.4 (2:00 PM EST on the first day of each month)
• All entries will have an equal chance of being selected, regardless of entry method or amount

6.2 ViralSweep Automated RNG Technology:

• ViralSweep's automated RNG uses cryptographically secure random selection algorithms
• The RNG ensures true randomization with no bias toward any particular entry
• Selection process is logged and documented for verification purposes
• All drawings are conducted using ViralSweep's certified random selection mechanism

6.3 Drawing Verification:

• Drawing results will be verified for accuracy before winner notification
• Lametto Rose Race Team will document all draw procedures
• Documentation will be retained for 1 year per regulatory requirements

6.4 Odds of Winning:

• Odds depend on the total number of valid entries received during that month's entry period
• If 10,000 entries received in May: odds for June 1 drawing = 1 in 10,000
• If 50,000 entries received in May: odds for June 1 drawing = 1 in 50,000
• Odds will be posted on lamettorose.com upon request after each drawing

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

7.1 Initial Contact:

• Winner will be notified by email and telephone within 1 hour of the drawing announcement (by 4:00 PM EST on drawing day)
• Lametto Rose Race Team will attempt contact using the email and phone number provided during entry
• If winner cannot be reached, Lametto Rose Race Team will make three (3) separate attempts over 48 hours

7.2 Winner Claim Process:

• Winner must respond to notification within 30 days to claim the prize
• If winner does not respond within 30 days, Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to:
  • Conduct a secondary drawing to select an alternate winner, OR
  • Reallocate the prize amount to Lametto Rose Race Team's operations
• Winner will be required to sign a Prize Claim Form and Release Agreement

7.3 Verification & Eligibility Confirmation:

• Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility (government-issued ID)
• Winner must confirm compliance with all eligibility requirements (Section 1)
• If winner is found to be ineligible, prize will be forfeited and reassigned

7.4 Prize Fulfillment:

• Prize payment will be made by e-transfer or bank transfer within 10 business days of claim confirmation
• Lametto Rose Race Team will issue a T4A or T5018 form if prize exceeds $600 CAD (as required by Canada Revenue Agency)

8. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

8.1 Winner's Tax Liability:

• The winner is solely responsible for all federal, provincial, and local income taxes on the prize
• Prize value reported will be 50% of that month's total sweepstakes revenue
• Winner is responsible for reporting the prize as income on their tax return

8.2 Tax Documentation:

• If prize exceeds $600 CAD, Lametto Rose Race Team will issue a T4A or T5018 Information Slip to the Canada Revenue Agency and the winner
• Winner must provide a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) or Business Number (BN) for tax reporting
• Lametto Rose Race Team will not cover or reimburse any portion of taxes owed by the winner

8.3 Tax Withholding:

• Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to withhold applicable taxes from the prize before payment, in compliance with CRA regulations

9. PUBLICITY & WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

9.1 By entering, winner consents to the disclosure of:

• Winner's first and last name
• City and province of residence
• Prize amount won
• Month of drawing
• Photograph (if provided by winner)
• Testimonial or brief statement (optional)

9.2 Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to:

• Announce the winner publicly on social media, email, and lamettorose.com
• Use winner's name, image, and likeness in promotional materials (without additional compensation)
• Share winner's story in newsletters, press releases, and marketing campaigns
• Feature monthly winners on a "Winners" page or gallery

9.3 Winner may request anonymity in writing within 48 hours of notification, but this may disqualify the prize under certain circumstances.

10. SWEEPSTAKES RULES & RESTRICTIONS

10.1 Void Where Prohibited: This sweepstakes is void in Quebec and any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes, contests, or similar promotions are prohibited or restricted by law.

10.2 Entry Limits:

• Entrants may enter as many times as they wish by making multiple purchases within a calendar month's entry period
• Mail-in entries are limited to one entry per person per calendar month (only one entry per postcard accepted per entry period)
• Multiple entries by the same person via mail-in method in the same month will be disqualified
• Entrants may enter multiple months in the annual program

10.3 Fraudulent Entry Prevention:

• Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to disqualify any entry that appears to be fraudulent
• Entries created using false information, bots, scripts, or automated methods are not allowed
• Any entry using hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to accounts will be disqualified
• Persons engaging in fraudulent activity may be reported to law enforcement

10.4 Entry Modification:

• Entries may not be modified, transferred, or reassigned once submitted
• Entries are non-refundable
• Entries are specific to each monthly drawing and do NOT carry over to subsequent months

10.5 Technical Failures:

• Lametto Rose Race Team is not responsible for technical failures, computer errors, or lost entries
• Lametto Rose Race Team is not responsible for internet delays or disruptions
• If technical issues prevent entry submission, mail-in method may be used as alternate

11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

11.1 Personal Information Collection: By entering, you consent to Lametto Rose Race Team collecting and processing your:

• Name, mailing address, email address, phone number
• Purchase history (if applicable)
• Any other information provided in your entry

11.2 Data Usage:

• Information will be used solely for sweepstakes administration and winner notification
• Information will NOT be shared with third parties without prior written consent (except as required by law)
• Information will NOT be sold to third-party marketers
• Information will be retained for 1 year after each sweepstakes ends, then securely destroyed

11.3 Privacy Policy:

• By entering, you agree to the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules

11.4 Marketing Communications:

• By providing your email, you consent to receiving sweepstakes updates and winner announcements
• You may opt out of future marketing emails by replying "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link

12. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

12.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer: The sweepstakes is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

12.2 Limitation of Liability: Lametto Rose Race Team is NOT liable for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries
• Technical failures or interruptions
• Lost or stolen mail-in entries
• Errors in entry recording or calculation
• Unauthorized access to entry systems
• Any damages arising from participation in the sweepstakes
• Disruption or interruption of the monthly drawing schedule

12.3 Assumption of Risk: By entering, you assume all risk of loss related to participation in the sweepstakes.

12.4 No Endorsement: This sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Shopify, ViralSweep, or any other third party (except where explicitly stated).

13. PROGRAM CONTINUATION & CHANGES

13.1 Indefinite Monthly Program: Lametto Rose Race Team intends to operate this monthly 50/50 sweepstakes program on an ongoing, indefinite basis. Each month will operate as a separate drawing with independent rules and prizes.

13.2 Right to Pause or Terminate: Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to pause or terminate the monthly sweepstakes program:

• With 30 days' notice posted on lamettorose.com
• If fraud is discovered
• If technical problems make fair administration impossible
• If natural disaster, war, or public emergency occurs
• If judicial or governmental order requires termination
• If force majeure event prevents continuation

13.3 Program Changes:

• Schedule changes (draw dates, entry periods) will be announced 30 days in advance
• Prize structure changes will be announced at the start of the affected month
• Entrants will be notified via email of any changes

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction: All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

14.3 Informal Resolution: Before initiating legal action, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution through good-faith negotiation.

14.4 Statute of Limitations: Any legal action or claim must be filed within one (1) year of the Drawing Date or be forever barred.

15. AMENDMENT & TERMINATION

15.1 Right to Amend: Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time:

• Changes will be posted on lamettorose.com/pages/sweepstakes
• Changes will NOT affect entries already received for a drawing (except for Section 15.2 termination conditions)
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of amended rules

15.2 Right to Terminate Individual Month: Lametto Rose Race Team reserves the right to cancel or terminate any individual monthly drawing if:

• Fraud is discovered
• Technical problems make fair administration impossible
• Natural disaster, war, or public emergency occurs
• Judicial or governmental order requires termination
• Force majeure event prevents continuation

15.3 Termination Procedure:

• If terminated, all valid entries received will remain eligible for the drawing
• Lametto Rose Race Team will notify entrants of termination via email within 5 business days
• Any prize value will be paid according to these Rules

18.1 These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Lametto Rose Race Team regarding the sweepstakes.

18.2 No other promotions, promises, or representations apply unless expressly stated in writing and signed by both parties.

18.3 If any provision of these Rules is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be severed and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By entering the Lametto Rose Race Team Monthly 50/50 Sweepstakes, you agree that you:
