No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Charity Donations
Charity donations will be made to a recognized nonprofit or charitable organization of the winner’s choice. If the chosen charity becomes unavailable or cannot accept cryptocurrency or USD donations, Yucky Ducks reserves the right to select an alternative charity.

Responsibility of Entrants
By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for complying with their own local laws regarding sweepstakes and giveaways. If any individual participates from an ineligible country or region, they do so at their own risk. Yucky Ducks is not responsible or liable for any violations of local laws resulting from such participation, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements.

Eligibility
The Infinite Yuckpot Giveaway is open worldwide, including the United States (except Puerto Rico, Louisiana, and Michigan) and Canada (except Quebec), as well as any other country where local laws permit entry into sweepstakes or giveaways.

Ineligible regions include Mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions of Ukraine, any country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, Belgium, Brazil, India, Italy, Poland, Sweden, and any country or jurisdiction where local laws would prohibit entry into a sweepstakes or giveaway without additional licenses, permissions, or regulatory approvals.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

By entering, participants represent and warrant that they are eligible under these rules.

Entry Period & Frequency
The Giveaway will run for 60 consecutive days. Each week, one (1) winner will be drawn at random.

• One entry secures your place in the pot for the entire 60-day period.
• Participants may re-enter once daily. Each additional entry adds another chance to win.

Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random using ViralSweep’s drawing system. Winners will be announced on Yucky Ducks’ official Discord and X (Twitter) pages, and contacted via the method used to enter.

Winners may be required to verify eligibility (including proof of age and residency) before receiving prizes. Failure to respond within 48 hours or failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

General Conditions

• Void where prohibited by law.
• Yucky Ducks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical errors, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances that impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
• Yucky Ducks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Yucky Ducks, its affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
