TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REWARDLOUNGE

rewardlounge.de is a sweepstakes site of CYZOU GmbH and offers online sweepstakes and raffles from time to time. Participation in these sweepstakes/raffles is subject to the following terms and conditions.

§ 1 Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes may be conducted by rewardlounge.de in cooperation with various partners (cooperation partners), who generally provide the prizes for the sweepstakes (prize sponsor). vorteil-aktuell.de represents the cooperation partners during the conduct of the sweepstakes and promises the prizes donated by them solely on their behalf. vorteil-aktuell.de is not obligated to provide its own services as a result unless it is itself the sponsor of the prize in the specific case.

§ 2 Participation

(1) Persons of legal age are eligible to participate.

(2) A person participates in the competition by answering all competition questions and sending them to rewardlounge.de or by fulfilling the competition conditions. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the information required for the sweepstakes. The receipt of the sweepstakes answers has to take place within the deadline stated in the sweepstakes. The electronically recorded receipt shall serve to verify that the deadline has been met.

(3) In order to participate in the competition, it is absolutely necessary that all personal details are true. Failure to do so may result in exclusion in accordance with § 3 (4).

§ 3 Exclusion from the competition

(1) Employees of rewardlounge.de, the cooperation partners involved in the competition, and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

(2) In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation rewardlounge.de reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.

(3) Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise obtain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

(4) Anyone who provides false personal details may be excluded from the competition.

§ 4 Execution and settlement

(1) Winners will be notified in writing by rewardlounge.de or by the cooperation partner. rewardlounge.de is entitled to transmit the winner's data to the cooperation partner in order to enable the delivery of the prize. If the delivery of the prize is carried out by a forwarding agency, rewardlounge.de needs the phone number of the winner. For this purpose, the winner will be notified by e-mail. If the winner does not respond within four weeks after sending the notification, the claim to the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn by lot.

(2) A cash payment of the winnings or a possible replacement of the winnings is not possible under any circumstances.

(3) The claim to the prize or prize substitute cannot be assigned.

§ 5 Premature terminations of the competition

rewardlounge.de reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, rewardlounge.de reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the contest or the raffle at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to such reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the sweepstakes or raffle. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, rewardlounge.de is entitled to claim compensation from that person for any damages incurred.

§ 6 Data protection

All personal data of the participant will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the sweepstake or raffle.

We offer sweepstakes entries on the homepage www.rewardlounge.de. We also use external service providers to carry out the competitions. As part of the implementation of sweepstakes, personal data is collected, processed, and used by www.rewardlounge.de as an organizer of sweepstakes, insofar as this is necessary to establish the legal relationship with you as a participant in the sweepstakes and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the sweepstakes.

In particular, this involves the following personal data:

The participant's address will be collected for the purpose of prize notification, as well as his/her e-mail address and telephone number, in order to be able to ensure as far as possible that the prize is notified in the event of accidentally incorrect data entries. In principle, a minimum age of 18 years is required for participation in the competition. If the date of birth is also requested, this will be collected and processed for the purpose of age verification. In the event that the delivery or provision of certain prizes is handled by third parties (e.g. partner retailers of rewardlounge.de) rewardlounge.de will transmit the contact details of the winner to the respective third party to the extent necessary so that the third party can contact the winner. By participating in the competition, you agree to the transfer, storage, use, and processing of data. You have a right to information at any time regarding the data stored about you, as well as its origin and its recipients. The participant is free at any time to revoke his/her participation in the sweepstakes/raffle. The revocation is to be addressed to: CYZOU GmbH, Donaustr. 7, 85049 Ingolstadt or by e-mail to service@cyzou.de.

§ 7 Liability

(1) rewardlounge.de is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize unless an earlier date is specified in these regulations.

(2) rewardlounge.de is not liable for material and/or legal defects of the prizes donated by possible cooperation partners.

(3) rewardlounge.com is only liable for damages caused by rewardlounge.com or one of its vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or through the violation of cardinal obligations. This above limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by injury to life, body and/or health.

§ 8 Final clause

(1) Legal recourse is excluded.

(2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.

(3) Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use shall not be affected.
