Follow-Up Communications

By entering this giveaway, participants agree that Party Guru Productions may use the information provided to administer the giveaway, contact winners, send non-winner follow-up communications, and share relevant opportunities related to this event or similar future events.

Participants may also receive follow-up communications regarding ticket availability, promotional offers, future giveaways, and other event-related opportunities from Party Guru Productions and, where applicable, participating event or artist partners.

Participants may unsubscribe from promotional email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages. Unsubscribing from future promotional communications will not affect an otherwise valid giveaway entry.

By entering, participants acknowledge that each participating organization may process submitted information in accordance with its respective privacy practices and policies.

Winner Selection and Notifications

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or text message and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours, or by any earlier deadline specified in the winner notification due to the proximity of the event.
• If the selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, cannot be reached, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, substitutions, or other compensation.

Additional Terms

• The prize includes only the items specifically listed above.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, transportation, parking, additional lodging, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidental hotel charges, additional merchandise, and other personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
• Hotel accommodations are subject to availability, applicable hotel policies, check-in requirements, age restrictions, incidental deposits, and other property-specific terms.
• Meet & Greet timing, format, duration, and availability are subject to artist, management, venue, and production schedules and may be modified if necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of Party Guru Productions.
• Admission and attendance are subject to all venue policies, event rules, security requirements, age restrictions, and applicable laws.
• By entering, participants grant Party Guru Productions permission to use their name, likeness, submitted content, and giveaway participation for winner announcements, promotional purposes, and related marketing without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Winner Eligibility

• Entrants must meet all applicable event and prize eligibility requirements.
• The winner may not be an owner, employee, contractor, immediate family member, or household member of Party Guru Productions.
• Party Guru Productions reserves the right to disqualify entrants affiliated with participating artist teams, management companies, promoters, marketing firms, production companies, event staff, vendors, sponsors, or other entities directly associated with the giveaway where necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the promotion.
• If a selected winner is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• Party Guru Productions is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible, misdirected, interrupted, or technically malfunctioning entries.
• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
• Party Guru Productions reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make administration impractical or impossible.
• By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and acknowledge that all decisions made by Party Guru Productions regarding the administration of the giveaway are final and binding.
