1. Sponsor

The Tote & Carry® x Elala Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Tote & Carry® ("Sponsor") and conducted in collaboration with Elala ("Promotional Partner").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Promotional Partner, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 12, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter through the official Sweepstakes page hosted by ViralSweep and earn entries by completing one or more of the following actions:

Website visit actions may be completed daily. Referral entries are limited to three (3) successful referrals per entrant.

Limit one (1) account per participant. Use of multiple accounts, automated methods, bots, scripts, or fraudulent activity is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant may mail a handwritten 3" × 5" card containing his or her:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 19, 2026 and received by June 26, 2026.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive five hundred (500) entries, equivalent to the number of entries awarded for a qualifying purchase.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize Package (1 Winner)

The Grand Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) ELALA Pro Rideable Luggage;
• One (1) Tote & Carry Duffle Bag & Backpack Travel Set; and
• One (1) Tote & Carry Luggage Set.

Second Prize Package (1 Winner)

The Second Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) Tote & Carry Rolling Duffle & Backpack Travel Set; and
• One (1) Tote & Carry Toiletry Bag.

Third Prize Package (1 Winner)

The Third Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) Tote & Carry Backpack & Duffle Travel Set.

Three (3) winners will be selected in total.

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize package will be determined by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Any taxes associated with the prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.

7. Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about June 20, 2026.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified via email or other contact information provided at the time of entry.

Potential winners must respond within seven (7) days after notification. Failure to respond within the required period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to require winners to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tote & Carry, Elala, ViralSweep, Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
• Technical malfunctions;
• Unauthorized intervention;
• Printing or typographical errors; or
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Cancellation and Modification

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and may be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and, where consent has been provided, for marketing communications.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
