idobi Radio Summer School Class President

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSORS

The "idobi Radio Summer School Class President" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by idobi Productions, LLC and idobi Network, LLC (collectively, the "Sponsors"). This Sweepstakes is in partnership with idobi Radio Summer School Tour, but they are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, download the free idobi app and click on the designated Sweepstakes banner to complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• One (1) $250 Hot Topic gift card

• One (1) $250 AMEX gift card

• Tickets to the show of the winner's choice for the idobi Radio Summer School Tour in 2025

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $800. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items. Winner is responsible for all additional expenses not explicitly stated in the prize description, including transportation, meals, and any other costs incurred during their trip.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 15, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating the Official Rules or tampering with the entry process.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsors and their agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iii) technical errors or failures of any kind; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Sweepstakes.

10. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of Nevada, and participants waive any objection to jurisdiction therein.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Sponsors' Privacy Policy.

12. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "idobi Radio Summer School Class President" Sweepstakes Winner List, [Sponsor's Address] within 30 days after the Sweepstakes Period.
