Diamond C Trailers Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Diamond C Trailers and family members in their households are not eligible to participate.

• Must be a U.S. Resident of the 48 bordering states and Canada.

Entry:

• Entries must be submitted through the provided link within the designated entry period.

• Each person is allowed one entry, however, bonus entries can be earned by following us on the social accounts listed.

Agreement to Rules:

• By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Rules.

• Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

• You also agree to accept Diamond C Trailers' decisions as final and binding.

• The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Entry Process:

• To enter, submit an entry using the online form provided on the website.

• Ensure all sweepstakes requirements are fulfilled for eligibility.

• Incomplete entries or those not adhering to the rules may be disqualified at Diamond C Trailer’s discretion.

• Any attempt to circumvent the rules using fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

• Notification will be sent via email, or phone, within 48 hours of the giveaway's conclusion.

• Failure to respond within 48 hours or ineligibility may result in selecting an alternate winner.

Prize:

• The prize consists of one of four trailers available for the giveaway.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

• By entering the giveaway, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all tax, title, and registration fees associated with the prize"

• Pickup in Mount Pleasant, Texas at Diamond C Trailers Mfg. required within 14 days of winning. All associated travel and pickup expenses are the responsibility of the winner. 

Publicity:

• By entering, participants grant Diamond C Trailers the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Personal information collected, including email addresses, will only be used for giveaway administration purposes and to subscribe participants to our newsletter. Rest assured that your information will not be shared with third parties.
