Raw Support Easter Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility: The Raw Support Easter Giveaway (the Sweepstakes) is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Raw Support, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Raw Support, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting April 1, 2025 and ending April 20, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on April 20, 2025.

How to Enter: To enter, complete the official entry form available on the Raw Support Easter Giveaway landing page. All required fields must be completed to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual using different email addresses, names, or devices will result in disqualification. Entries must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Raw Support.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $350 CAD gift card to the pet store closest to their location, as listed on the Raw Support Store Locator. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Raw Support reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Raw Support within five (5) days after the Sweepstakes ends. The winner will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If selected as the winner, your entry methods must be valid and verifiable. Entries that do not meet the official requirements or were completed fraudulently (e.g., fake social media actions, bot entries, etc.) will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days of notification, or fails to comply with any part of these rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Raw Support shall not be responsible for email delivery issues, including messages caught in spam/junk folders or due to incorrect email addresses.

Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Raw Support permission to use your name, likeness, entry content, and any associated materials for promotional purposes across all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions: Raw Support reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. In such cases, Raw Support may select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the issue. Raw Support also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Raw Support, its affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, employees, and directors from any liability, loss, injury, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize, technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond Raw Support€™s control.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes shall be resolved individually (not as part of a class action) and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ontario, Canada. Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and each participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Raw Support Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.
