NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Triptimize (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Limit one Weekly Prize per person/household during the Promotion Period. Weekly Prize winners remain eligible for the Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about Oct 08, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ending Dec 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”). All times are (GMT-07:00) Arizona. Sponsor will conduct separate weekly drawings during the Promotion Period. Each Weekly Prize and its corresponding weekly entry period will be announced at the start of that week on the Sweepstakes landing page and/or Sponsor’s social channels.

4. How to Enter: Enter by submitting the online form on this site. Entries must meet the requirements stated to be eligible. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to these Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. You may enter the base form only once. Do not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Prizes:
   Weekly Prizes: Item(s) for each week will be announced week by week at the start of the applicable weekly entry period on the Sweepstakes landing page and/or Sponsor’s social channels. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) varies by week and will be disclosed at the time of announcement. Limit one Weekly Prize per person/household. If an entrant is selected for a Weekly Prize more than once, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that week.
   Grand Prize: $10,000 vacation awarded as described in Section 7.
   You are not guaranteed to win a prize. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Actual or appraised value may differ at time of award. The specifics of each prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing under Sponsor’s supervision. Weekly Prize winners will be drawn from eligible entries received during the announced weekly entry period for that week. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via email to the address used to enter within five (5) days following selection. Sponsor is not liable for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, security settings, or incorrect contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from the time notification was sent, or fails to timely return any required affidavit or release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any violation of these Rules by a winner may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Sponsor and its licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law, without further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media your entry and your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or who violates these Rules. Sponsor may void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses, multiple entries from the same device in excess of that allowed, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means. By entering you agree to receive periodic email newsletters from Sponsor; you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, (ii) technical failures of any kind, (iii) unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or promotion, or (v) electronic or human error in administration or processing.

11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Arizona having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: For the names of the winners, please email admin@triptimize.app and include “Please email me the winners list for the Triptimize Sweepstakes” in the body of the email.
