KORRES Curated NYC Weekend Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The KORRES Curated NYC Weekend Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by KORRES USA Ltd., 80 Maiden Lane, Suite 1103, New York, NY 10038. Promotional partners contribute prizes only. Some promotional partners may separately offer optional marketing subscriptions. Promotional partners are not sponsors or administrators.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence). Employees of Sponsor, participating promotional partners, ViralSweep and their affiliates and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Sunday, August 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/35de1d-234420?framed=1 and complete and submit the entry form by providing your first name, last name, email address and phone number. Limit one (1) base entry per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period, plus any eligible bonus entries described below. Automated, duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries are void. Marketing consent is optional, is not required to enter or win and will not affect an entrant's odds of winning.

5. Bonus Entry Opportunities

After entering, participants may earn bonus entries through optional ViralSweep actions such as visiting KORRES or promotional partner social pages or websites. Bonus actions and entry values will be displayed on the Sweepstakes page.

To obtain the same number of bonus entries without completing a listed social media or website action, mail a separate handwritten postcard for each requested bonus action containing the entrant's full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, the Sweepstakes name and the specific bonus action requested to: KORRES Curated NYC Weekend Sweepstakes Bonus Entry Request, KORRES USA Ltd., 80 Maiden Lane, Suite 1103, New York, NY 10038. Each postcard must be postmarked by August 30, 2026 and received by September 2, 2026. Limit one mail-in request per envelope and one bonus entry per listed action per person.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By participating, entrants understand they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

6. Winner Selection

On or about September 3, 2026, Sponsor or its administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days. Sponsor may require an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, tax form and other verification documents. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return required documents on time, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing.

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

Roundtrip flight vouchers for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City (ARV: $1,000)

Two (2) night hotel stay for two at Andaz Fifth Avenue, New York (ARV: $1,000)

Othership: two (2) five-class packs (ARV: $570)

KORRES: two (2) $250 gift cards (ARV: $500)

NEOM Wellbeing: two (2) Perfect Night's Sleep Mist 30ml, two (2) Travel Candles, two (2) Magnesium Body Butter 30ml and two (2) $100 digital gift cards (ARV: $312)

Catbird: two (2) Sweet Nothing Forever Bracelet Zaps (ARV: $256)

Selene: one (1) $250 dining gift card (ARV: $250)

Little Ruby's: one (1) $200 gift card (ARV: $200)

Abbode: one (1) Name Waffle Pouch and one (1) Signature Waffle Pouch (ARV: $156)

New York Pilates: two (2) class vouchers (ARV: $110)

Go Greek Yogurt: one (1) $50 gift card and one (1) olive oil bottle (ARV: $94)

Total ARV: $4,448. Actual value may vary, and no difference between stated and actual value will be awarded. The prize is nontransferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Travel terms. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2026. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates and must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The guest must be at least 18 years old and must sign a liability and publicity release. Flight vouchers depart from a major commercial airport in the continental United States nearest the winner's residence. The hotel stay is for one (1) room, double occupancy, for two (2) consecutive nights. Winner and guest are responsible for valid identification and any documentation required for travel.

All expenses not expressly included are the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals and beverages beyond the gift cards listed, gratuities, incidentals, hotel charges beyond room and tax, baggage fees, travel insurance and any upgrades. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.

8. Privacy

Sponsor will collect and use entrant information to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in the KORRES Privacy Policy available at https://www.korres.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants may separately elect to receive marketing communications from KORRES or from identified promotional partners. Each marketing choice is optional, separately presented and not preselected. If an entrant affirmatively selects the promotional partner email opt-in, Sponsor may provide that entrant's name, email address and consent record to each promotional partner identified in that opt-in. Sponsor will not share entrant information with a promotional partner for marketing purposes without the entrant's affirmative selection. Each partner's subsequent use of the information will be governed by its own privacy policy.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary and may disqualify entrants who violate these Rules.

12. Release of Liability

Entrants release Sponsor, promotional partners, ViralSweep, and applicable social platforms from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

New York law governs. Venue is New York County, New York. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action. Recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, and entrants waive claims for indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a request to KORRES USA Ltd., 80 Maiden Lane, Suite 1103, New York, NY 10038 within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
