Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Giveaways are sponsored by ALOHA Collection, 687 South Coast Hwy 101, Suite 310 Encinitas, CA 92024  (“Sponsor” or “ALOHA Collection”). Internet participants: The promotions are intended for viewing and participation by all individuals within the following regions: Continental US and Hawaii only. Do not proceed with this contest/giveaway/sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”) if you are outside of eligible areas. Eligibility: Open only to individuals 18 years of age or older, with Internet access prior to the start date and time of the Giveaway. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, distributors, retailers, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, “Sponsor’s Entities”) (and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all of the foregoing) are not eligible to participate or win. 

To Enter: During the specified Giveaway period (Entry Period: October 30th, 2025 12:01am PST - November 16th, 2025 11:59 PM PST), you may enter by filling out the ALOHA Collection General Contest Entry Form. One winner will be chosen for the prize bundle. 

Limit one entry per person, household, IP address and/or email address. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted and made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such email addresses for its associated domain name. 

Referral bonus entries will be successful if the referral recipient has not already entered the giveaway. A maximum of 5 referral bonus entries are allowed. Entrants can receive up to 9 total entries including bonus entries.

Any entry information collected from the Giveaway shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy, found here: https://aloha-collection.com/pages/privacy-policy. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible. By entering, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Sponsor representatives in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

Potential Winner Selection: Potential winners are selected via random drawing. The potential Winners will be notified by e-mail and will be required to respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. After 48 hours if there is no response, another winner will be chosen.  

By entering the Giveaway, entrants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and related statements by Sponsor in advertising, promotional materials, and on its website, throughout the universe in perpetuity, without notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ALOHA Collection. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of ALOHA Collection. Limit one prize per person, household, IP address, and/or email address. 

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion, or to end a Giveaway due to lack of participation.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given. ALOHA Collection accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize and recommends that all entrants obtain independent financial advice in this regard.  If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of ALOHA Collection and which prevents ALOHA Collection from complying with these terms and conditions, ALOHA Collection will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. Except in respect of liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law, ALOHA Collection will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or the use of the prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. 

In the event that a prize has been stolen or mishandled during shipment to a destination, ALOHA Collection may not be able to replace the specific item(s). If the winner prefers a specific quicker shipping method, they are responsible to notify us immediately and will also be responsible to cover the additional costs, if any.

General: Void where prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and may not be acknowledged or returned. Acknowledgment of an entry does not indicate that the entry qualifies, only that the entry has been received. By entering, the entrant assumes all liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to be caused by participation in this Giveaway and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor’s Entities and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and the respective entities, designees and representatives of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Releases”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway; inability to access aloha-collection.com Site and/or any other website referenced herein; theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly, or is incomplete, stolen or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site or for any other reason whatsoever; or printing or other errors. By entering, the entrant releases and waives any claim(s) they may have against Releases for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from or alleged to result from participation in this Giveaway and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or parts thereof, or participation in this Giveaway. 

Sponsor shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize by reason of any act of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, pandemic, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, international carrier issues or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. If for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures or any other causes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway or any portion thereof. 

In the event this Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award all remaining prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on ALOHA Collection’s website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE: Internet entries must be made by the entrant only at the website address: https://aloha-collection.com/pages/aloha-giveaway. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other Internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial giveaway subscription notification and/or entering service site, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Giveaway. Use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

1. Eligibility: This Giveaway Campaign is open only to those who sign up at the Giveaway Campaign URL and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United States including Hawaii and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of ALOHA Collection, Sanrio Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway Campaign. The Giveaway Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of ALOHA Collection as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway Campaign.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on Thursday, October 30th 2025 12:00 AM PST - Sunday, November 16th 2025 11:59 PM PST. All online entries must be received by Sunday, November 16th 2025 11:59 PM PST.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://aloha-collection.com/pages/aloha-giveaway. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ALOHA Collection. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of ALOHA Collection. 

No purchase or provision of personal information is necessary to enter or win. To enter without providing an email or phone number, hand-print your full name, mailing address, date of birth, and the name of the promotion on a 3x5 inch card and mail it in a standard envelope and mail it to ALOHA Collection, Inc. 687 S. Coast Hwy 101, Ste 310, Encinitas, CA 92024. Entries must be postmarked by 11/14/25 and received by 11/16/25. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Mechanically reproduced or automated entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the ALOHA Collection, Inc. and will not be returned. See official rules for additional details.

5. Prizes: The Winner of the Giveaway Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive the following: 

Hello Kitty x ALOHA Collection Bundle ($850 value), Custom Hello Kitty x ALOHA Collection Surfboard ($X Value).  

Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by ALOHA Collection. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at ALOHA Collection discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for ALOHA Collection to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of ALOHA Collection. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner. ALOHA Collection shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT ALOHA COLLECTION’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that ALOHA Collection, anyone acting on behalf of ALOHA Collection, and ALOHA Collection’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Optional verbiage for Contests: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of ALOHA Collection. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALOHA Collection from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which ALOHA Collection may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

9. Terms & Conditions: ALOHA Collection reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond ALOHA Collection’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway Campaign. In such case, ALOHA Collection may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by ALOHA Collection. ALOHA Collection reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. ALOHA Collection has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway Campaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, ALOHA Collection reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless ALOHA Collection and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS Giveaway Campaign IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway Campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in CALIFORNIA having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: ALOHA Collection 687 South Coast Hwy 101, Suite 310 Encinitas, CA 92024, United States. Requests must be received no later than December 16th, 2025 at 11:59pm PST.

14. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Giveaway Campaign is ALOHA Collection 687 South Coast Hwy 101, Suite 310 Encinitas, CA 92024, United States. Sanrio Inc. are prize-providers.  

15. Instagram and Facebook: The Giveaway Campaign hosted by ALOHA Collection 687 South Coast Hwy 101, Suite 310 Encinitas, CA 92024, United States is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

16. By entering and checking here, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
