WISE GOLDEN PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES

ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO AND ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS)

ELIGIBILITY: The Wise Golden Prize Sweepstakes (the " Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of drawing. The following are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes: (i)  employees of Wise Snacks (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated or subsidiary companies, including their officers, directors, shareholders, members, and employees, including employees’ immediate family members*; (ii) Sponsor’s promotional or advertising agencies, including their employees and employees’ immediate family members*; (ii) any company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion, including their employees and employees’ immediate family members*. *Immediate family members include spouses, parents, siblings, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, or other household members. Entries not meeting all of the requirements stated herein will be disqualified and ineligible. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 29, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the "Sweepstakes Period").

• Daily Prizes Entry Period: Each Daily Prizes entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and end at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) each day during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Grand Prize Entry Period:  The Grand Prize entry period is the full Sweepstakes Period.

The Website server is the official clock for this Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, consumers can enter by scanning the QR code on select Wise Snacks packages to access an entry form and engage with a unique augmented reality experience. Alternatively, entries can be submitted on the Wise Golden Prize Sweepstakes website at www.wisegoldenticket.com.

Entrants are limited to one form submission per IP address per day and one entry per valid email address per day. Submission of the entry form does not guarantee entry to the Sweepstakes.

• Daily Prizes: Entries can be made once daily per valid email address during the Sweepstake Period.

• Grand Prize: Entries are limited to one entry per valid email address for the entirety of the Sweepstakes Period. Grand Prize entries are populated from the entrant’s first Daily Prize entry made using the valid email address.

In case of dispute as to the identity of any online entrant, the entry will be declared made by the account holder of the email address associated with the entry, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via your email address.

ODDS OF WINNING: The Sweepstakes consists of two ways of winning. The first is Daily Prizes and the second is the Grand Prize drawing.

• Daily Prizes: July 1, 2025 – Aug. 29, 2025 – 12 winners will be randomly selected daily.
  • Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during each Daily Prize entry period.
• Grand Prize: Entry Deadline August 29, 2025 (11:59 PM PT) – 1 winner will be randomly selected on September 15, 2025.
  • Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

DAILY PRIZES: [TL2] Entrants are eligible to win prizes valued at $25, $100, and $500. All winners, regardless of entry method, will receive a digital Visa® pre-paid gift card, with values up to $500. The gift card will be sent to the email address used for entry.

• 60 (1 Per Day) of $500 Visa® pre-paid gift card.
• 60 (1 Per Day) of $100 Visa® pre-paid gift card.
• 600 (10 Per Day) of $25 Visa® pre-paid gift card.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner will receive a check with federal taxes (24%) withheld.

• 1 of $10,000 Grand Prize (minus $2,400 for federal taxes that will be processed on behalf of the winner based on the completed W9)

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate email entries will be disqualified, leaving entrants with a limit of one (1) entry per email address.

In the event that a winner’s supplied email address is not valid and therefore bounced, one alternate winner will be chosen to replace that winner. If the alternate winner’s email address is also invalid, the prize will be unclaimed. Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided on the submission form within seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification to claim their prize.

CLAIMING PRIZES:  A valid U.S. ID may be required to claim any prize.

• Daily Prize winners must claim their prize and verify their eligibility by October 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Any prizes not claimed by this deadline will be forfeited.
• Grand Prize winner must claim their prize and verify their eligibility by November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Any prizes not claimed by this deadline will be forfeited.

Once a prize is confirmed, the winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, which may be sent electronically via DocuSign, to finalize their claim and confirm their eligibility. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe or meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected, or the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Upon receipt of the winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release, the prize amount will be sent to winner’s email address in the form of a digital Visa pre-paid gift card.

The Grand Prize winner of $10,000 is required to complete and submit a W-9 tax form, an Atlas claim form, and an affidavit before receiving their prize. Support service hours for prize claims will be available as needed. Upon receipt of properly-executed paperwork, where legal, the prize will be sent to the address provided by the Grand Prize winner at the time of verification. The Grand Prize winner must provide a valid United States mailing address. P.O. Box addresses are ineligible. Upon shipping the prize to the Grand Prize winner by mail, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the Grand Prize winner, with the Grand Prize winner assuming full responsibility for the prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of any prize is at the sole responsibility of the recipient.

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

PRIVACY POLICY: By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor and Atlas Experiences, LLC. Participants may opt out at any time. Personal information will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's and Atlas Experiences, LLC’s privacy policies. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information for these purposes and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.[TL3]

DATA USAGE: By entering, participants acknowledge that all data collected is owned by ViralSweep and may be accessed and used by Sponsor and Atlas Experiences, LLC for promotional and administrative purposes.

WINNERS LIST: A list of winners will be made available upon request. To obtain an official list of the names of the winners, you can email customerservice@atlasexperiences.com. Requests must be received by December 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time. Vermont residents may omit the return postage.

GENERAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at their discretion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  in no event will sponsor, or any of its employees, be liable to any entrant or any third party for any injury to person, injury to property, or for any special, compensatory, direct, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, whether or not sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain liability limitations, or waivers, or restrictions, including those relating to any and all injuries, losses, or damages (including compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes. If any court determines the law of such a jurisdiction applies, Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by such applicable law.

DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, but except where prohibited by law, you agree that any and all disputes, controversies, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, these Rules or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved in binding arbitration individually, and without resort to collective, class, or aggregate action. Any such arbitration must be brought and heard in Fulton County, Georgia, and shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its expedited procedures under its commercial arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. You, as well as each released entity, hereby waive the right to trial by a jury to the maximum extent provided by law. As a condition to registering and submitting an entry, you irrevocably waive any right to seek and obtain rescission and equitable and injunctive relief. Additionally, in any dispute, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive, all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
