Terms and Conditions

This contest is open from March 13, 2023 to March 27, 2023 at 9:00 am MST. 1 winner will be chosen at random through the ViralSweep random selector. The winner will be notified via email and text. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours in order to receive winnings. If the winner fails to reply the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Additionally, the winner must have had downloaded the Burn App for either Android or iOS to receive their prize winnings. This will be checked through the email address that is provided by the entrant associated with their Burn account. Please note that whereas the app download is required, no purchase is required to enter this giveaway.

1) Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older to enter. Entrant must have an address to ship to within the United States. Entries submitted by means of software-generated or other automated processes will be disregarded. 

2) Entry: To enter, entrants are required to provide their name, email address, phone number, and confirmation of their Burn App download at the contest URL. One entry per valid email address.

4) Entrants opt-in and agree to receive marketing, including, but not limited to email & SMS marketing, from the brands listed on the giveaway page.

As part of the Promotion entry process, entrants must indicate that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Rules”). Although not anticipated, competition rules and the prize may be changed or altered at any point by the sponsor. If no box is present, your entry will automatically indicate to Burn by Cara Loren that you have read & agree to these official rules. 

All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
