NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor: Kia, LLC, doing business as Maui Nui Venison, with a principal place of business in Maui, Hawaii (the "Sponsor").

Administrator: This promotion is administered using the ViralSweep platform, operated by ViralSweep LLC (the "Administrator"). The Administrator is responsible for entry collection, random drawing functionality, and winner selection logistics, but is not a sponsor of the promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Maui Nui Venison Win A Whole Axis Deer Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, the Administrator, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time ("HST") and ends on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM HST (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may visit the official Promotion landing page at https://mauinuivenison.com/whole-deer-giveaway (the "Promotion Site") and complete one or more of the entry actions listed below. Each completed action will earn the entrant the corresponding number of points ("Points"). Each Point represents one (1) entry in the final random drawing. Points are cumulative across actions during the Promotion Period. To enter, an entrant must submit their full name, a valid email address, a valid mobile telephone number, and consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. This initial entry earns twenty (20) Points. An entrant must complete this initial entry before earning Points through any other entry action.

Entry Actions and Point Values:

Custom Deer Builder Points (50 points): Fifty (50) Points are awarded to an entrant who builds and submits a custom deer using the custom deer builder on the Promotion Site during the Promotion Period. These Points may be earned only one (1) time per person, regardless of the number of custom deer submitted or the number of email addresses or telephone numbers used. No purchase is necessary to build and submit a custom deer.

Social Follow Points: Five (5) Points are awarded for each official Maui Nui Venison social media account that the entrant follows on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. Unfollowing prior to the drawing will disqualify the related Points.

Purchase Points: One (1) Point is awarded for each U.S. dollar (USD) of qualifying merchandise purchased on mauinuivenison.com during the Promotion Period, calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping merchandise subtotal of each order. Gift card purchases, taxes, shipping, refunded amounts, and any order canceled before fulfillment do not earn Points. Points are calculated to the nearest whole dollar, rounded down.

Referral Points: Twenty-five (25) Points are awarded for each successful referral, where a "successful referral" means a person who (a) is an eligible entrant, (b) was not previously enrolled in the Promotion, and (c) completes at least one entry action via the entrant's unique referral link generated through the Promotion Site. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals from disposable email addresses are not eligible. There is no limit on the number of Referral Points an entrant may earn.

Entrants may earn Points through any combination of the listed actions. Multiple entry accounts, automated entries, scripts, bots, or any technique designed to inflate Points are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. During the Promotion Period, any eligible person may enter the Promotion at no cost and with no purchase, payment, subscription, or social media action required, by visiting the Promotion's free-entry landing page at https://mauinuivenison.com/whole-deer-giveaway (the "Free Entry Page") and submitting their full name, a valid email address, a valid mobile telephone number, and consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor.

Free-entry Point Values:

• Submission of all required entry information (full name, email address, mobile telephone number, and marketing consent): twenty (20) Points total.

Free Referral Points: Entrants who enter through the Free Entry Page receive a unique referral link and may earn Referral Points, as described in Section 4, without making any purchase, payment, or subscription. Referral Points are not limited.

Limit: One (1) initial entry per natural person, per unique email address, and per unique mobile telephone number during the Promotion Period. Use of multiple email addresses or telephone numbers by the same person, automated submissions, scripts, bots, or any other method intended to circumvent these limits is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Unified Entry Record: The Free Entry Page and the Promotion's purchase-side entry campaign are operated by the Administrator (ViralSweep) on a connected basis and share a single entrant pool for the duration of the Promotion Period. Points earned through free entry and Points subsequently earned through Purchase Points, Custom Deer Builder Points, Social Follow Points, or Referral Points by the same individual will be combined into one (1) entry record, identified by the entrant's email address, for purposes of the final random drawing.

Free-entry submissions must be received by the Administrator no later than 11:59:59 PM HST on October 27, 2026. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any submission that is lost, late, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, garbled, or otherwise not received as a result of any hardware or software failure, internet connectivity issue, or other technical malfunction beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about October 28, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible Points (entries) received during the Promotion Period across the connected free-entry and purchase-side campaigns. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Points accumulated across all entrants.

The potential winner will be notified by telephone using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and complete any required documentation, including a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond, respond truthfully, sign required documents, or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

7. Prize Description and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is one (1) whole wild Axis deer harvested by Maui Nui Venison, custom butchered for the winner (the "Prize"). The Grand Prize consists of:

• One (1) whole Axis deer, including all usable parts of the animal (muscle meat, organ meat, bones, antlers, and hide), processed by Maui Nui Venison according to the winner's selections from Sponsor's butchering options. The winner may elect not to receive the organ meat.
• Packaging and shipping of the Prize, frozen, at Sponsor's expense, to a single address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia designated by the winner, which may be the address of another person to whom the winner chooses to gift the Prize. A winner residing in Hawaii may instead elect to pick up the Prize locally, on a date and at a location coordinated with Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: One Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $1,500). Actual value will vary based on the animal harvested, the cuts selected, and processing yield. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.

Prize Conditions:

• Finished weight, yield, and the cuts available will vary by animal and are determined by Sponsor. Sponsor does not guarantee any specific weight or number of cuts.
• The winner will work with Sponsor to select butchering preferences. Harvest, processing, and shipping will occur on a schedule determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• The winner is responsible for providing a valid delivery address and for ensuring that the winner or the winner's designated recipient is available to receive the frozen shipment and promptly stores the Prize at safe temperatures upon delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for spoilage or loss resulting from the failure of the winner or the winner's designated recipient to receive or properly store the shipment.
• Any expenses not expressly listed above, including taxes on the Prize ARV (including federal and state income tax), are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The Prize is non-transferable (except that the winner may have the Prize delivered to another person as described above), non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Points received during the Promotion Period.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not expressly described in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number prior to receipt of the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the ARV of the Prize where required by law.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of the winner's name, voice, likeness, photograph, video, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or consideration.

11. Release of Liability
