Rules

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open worldwide, to people aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Eloquere ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway starts at 12:00 AM BST on June 29th, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM BST on July 31st, 2024 (the "Giveaway Period").

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection and Verification:

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about August 2nd, 2024. The winners will be notified by email (using the email address provided during entry) within 48 hours of the selection.

The potential winners will be required to verify their eligibility within 7 days of notification. If a potential winner fails to respond to the notification within the specified timeframe, another winner will be selected in their place.

5. Prize:

Two (2) winners will each receive a £500 gift card redeemable on Eloquere website only. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

6. Taxes:

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.

7. Disclaimers:

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in any conduct that disrupts the administration of the Giveaway.

Entrants further agree to release, discharge, and indemnify Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all damages, losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising out of or relating to their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Governing Law:

This Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. No Endorsement:

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's agreement that Sponsor has not made any express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the prize(s) or the Giveaway.
