Riversmith Partnered Spring Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Riversmith, Inc., Chaco, Big Agnes, Kokopelli, Turtlebox, NRS, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM MST on April 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on May 3, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter To enter, visit www.riversmith.com/pages/giveaway during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form with a valid email address. Participants may earn additional entries through the following bonus actions:

• Following Riversmith and participating partner brands on Instagram and/or other social media platforms

• Sharing the giveaway via unique referral link to friends (one bonus entry per referral who enters – 5 referrals maximum)

Details and instructions for completing these bonus actions will be listed on the entry page. Limit one (1) main entry per person. Bonus entries do not guarantee winning.

Sweepstakes eligibility, bonus entry tracking, and overall promotion management will be monitored by Riversmith and conducted using the ViralSweep platform

4. Prize One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a gear package with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $3,704.73 USD. The prize package includes:

• Riversmith: Convoy Duffel45, Convoy Hauler60, Convoy PackOut Bag ($699)

• Chaco: Rapid Pro adventure sandals ($130) – Sandal sizing and color must be selected by the winner between May 4 – May 8, 2025. Riversmith will facilitate this selection.

• Big Agnes: Tiger Wall 2 Platinum Tent ($649.95)

• Kokopelli: XPD Pack Raft Package ($699.99)

• Turtlebox: Original Turtlebox Speaker ($400)

• NRS - Vector PFD ($299.95), Strap Package ($74.95), Snooze Pad ($299.95), Campsite Counter Top ($449.95) – PFD sizing must be selected by the winner between May 4 – May 8, 2025. Riversmith will facilitate this selection.

No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised item becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

5. Winner Selection & Notification One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about May 4, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the initial notification, another winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unread emails. To claim the prize, the winner must: a. Complete and return a W-9 form b. Sign and return a Winner Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release

The winner will be publicly announced via the Riversmith newsletter and social media channels on or about May 9, 2025

6. Tax Obligations The prize winner will receive a Form 1099-MISC for the 2025 tax year from Riversmith, Inc., reporting the fair market value of the prize. The winner must provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for this purpose. Failure to provide required documentation will result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Publicity Release Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its partners’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation or notice.

8. Privacy & Marketing Consent Information submitted during entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://riversmith.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to receive email and other marketing communications from Riversmith and all participating partner brands, including Chaco, Big Agnes, Kokopelli, Turtlebox, and NRS. These communications may include marketing messages, promotional offers, and product updates. Each partner brand is responsible for its own communications and privacy practices. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link included in each email. Your information will not be sold or shared outside of these partner brands. 9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

10. Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Riversmith, Inc., its affiliates, and participating partners from any claims, liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal proceedings related to this promotion must be brought to the appropriate state or federal court located in Boulder County, Colorado.

12. Participating Partners The following brands have contributed to the Sweepstakes prize package and are recognized as promotional partners in this giveaway: Chaco (a division of Wolverine Worldwide), Big Agnes, Kokopelli, Turtlebox Audio, and NRS (Northwest River Supplies). These partners are not administrators or sponsors of the Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration or fulfillment beyond Sweepstakes promotion and prize contribution.
