Dooney & Bourke Win-A-Dooney Full Terms and Conditions

No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility
The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter or win. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. The contest is not open to employees of Dooney & Bourke.

Entry
To enter, all required fields on Win-A-Dooney signup form must be completed without error. If any method is taken to gain an unfair advantage in winner selection (as determined by Dooney & Bourke), said entrant will be removed from the current month’s drawing entirely. Furthermore, if deemed appropriate by Dooney & Bourke, said entrant may be removed from, and considered ineligible to participate in all future contests and giveaways.

Winner Selection
Within one week of the conclusion of each month a Dooney & Bourke Win-A-Dooney drawing takes place, Dooney & Bourke will select a winner at random from the pool of entrants. The tool used to randomly select each month’s winner has passed rigorous tests for true randomness, including the current industry standard, the test suite recommended by the US National Institute for Standards and Technologies (NIST).

Winners
Winners will be contacted directly for confirmation of eligibility and shipping address. If said winner does not reply within two weeks (14 days), their prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected. By entering the Win-A-Dooney drawing, you grant Dooney & Bourke explicit permission to disclose your name and city if you are selected as the winner.

Prize
The winner of the Dooney & Bourke Win-A-Dooney drawing is eligible to win only the prize outlined by Dooney & Bourke for the contest entrant registers to win. If the prize outlined has become unavailable, an available, in-stock item of equal or lesser value may be substituted (subject to approval of Dooney & Bourke). Prize may not be returned unless proven to be defective, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash in part or full. Prize value may not exceed $500.
