OFFICIAL RULES

To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of TickPick (the “Sponsor”), LaLiga North America, LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”), February 3rd, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM ET, April 11th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Six (6) separate and distinct Sweepstakes entry periods (each, an “Entry Period” and collectively, “Entry Periods”) and one (1) grand prize period combining all Entry Periods (“Grand Prize Period”) will take place during the Promotion Period. (For the avoidance of doubt, the Sweepstakes will be dormant and inactive in between Entry Periods, if applicable.) For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. For avoidance of doubt, the Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Periods

4. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize including name, address, email address, and phone number. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once during each Sweepstakes Period and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

5. PRIZES: 

FIRST PRIZE (6 Winners per Sweepstakes Period, total of 36 Winners): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) LaLiga jersey of the winner’s choice. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Prize: $160.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3)-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Barcelona, Spain to attend the LaLiga El Clásico soccer match between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid currently scheduled to take place on May 11, 2025 in Barcelona, Spain (the “Event”). Specifically, the Grand Prize includes: two (2) round-trip, coach-class air transportation tickets for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Barcelona, Spain  (“Arrival Airport”) from an airport near the Grand Prize winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor); two (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at the Sponsor’s choice of hotel; round trip ground transportation to and from the Arrival Airport, the hotel and the Event; tickets for two (2) to attend the Event; and one (1) meal for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest for ($100 per person).

GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO SPAIN BETWEEN May 8th, 2025 - May 12th, 2025 TO ATTEND THE EVENT (and such dates are subject to change). If a potential Grand Prize winner is unable to travel during the dates designated by Sponsor to coincide with the Event, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected as stated above (time permitting). By accepting the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner agrees to maintain the e-mail address associated with their entry in order to receive notifications regarding the Grand Prize until the Event occurs.

Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel once the travel dates are booked, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligations to the Grand Prize winner. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is able to participate in the trip as scheduled, but the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner. The Event is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to Event schedule, Event exigencies or delays, postponement or cancellation.

ARV of Grand Prize: $4,500. Actual final value of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon point of departure, dates of trip once finally determined, and fare fluctuations; and, under no circumstances will the Grand Prize winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of the Grand Prize trip in cash. Accommodations are for two (2) adults sharing one (1) room. The Grand Prize trip is for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest, is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the date set forth above. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to: roundtrip transportation between Grand Prize winner’s residence and departure airport, as well as meals, tips, taxes, airline baggage fees, travel insurance and hotel incidentals. 

The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must follow all instructions of Sponsor and/or Event personnel (as applicable) relative to the Event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Should Grand Prize winner and/or guest fail to adhere to any such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right, without further notice or warning, to terminate the trip or Event experience early, in whole or in part, and send Grand Prize winner and/or Grand Prize winner’s travel guest home as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion. The preceding includes but is not limited to Grand Prize winner and/or Grand Prize winner’s guest failing to comply with government mandates or health care protocols established by Sponsor and/or any prize supplier.

No cash alternative or Grand Prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute one (1) or more prizes of equal or greater value for the Grand Prize or portions thereof of equal or greater value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason.

If Grand Prize winner travels without a guest, prize will be awarded in increments only for the Grand Prize winner himself/herself and the Grand Prize winner will not receive any substitute prize or compensation in conjunction therewith.

Guest of the Grand Prize winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. Guest, if a minor, must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian, who must be the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary as specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including the same departure date, destination, and return date or the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as valid U.S. passport with at least six (6) months’ validity (of the return date). The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for any documentation and other travel requirements and for determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Grand Prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in, and the hotel may seek a pre-authorization using that card against which the Grand Prize winner may be charged for hotel incidentals. The Grand Prize winner and guest must provide their own transportation to and from departure airport.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $10,260.  The value of the prizes is based on estimations. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of each prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Each prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in  random drawings under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within one (1) day following the winner selection (the “Notification”). Potential winners will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) completed and executed declaration and releases and, if applicable, a W-9 tax form (the “Paperwork”) within ten (10) days of the Notification. After verification of the declaration, the Prizes will be sent based upon the information provided. If a potential winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated above, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries received.  If the Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor shall have no liability for a potential winner’s failure to receive notices due to potential winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The receipt by winner of the prizes offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. The value associated with the Prizes are taxable as income and the Prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Prizes. Sponsor must report the value of the Grand Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize winner and will be reported to the Grand Prize winner and the Internal Revenue Service in the form of a Form 1099.  ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY POTENTIAL WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering this content you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, LA LIGA NORTH AMERICA, LLC, AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM (I) SUCH ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR HIS/HER ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, (II) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (III) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS OR TELEPHONE OR INTERNET SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE PROMOTION; (V) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES.

11. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WHICH CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN NEW YORK. FURTHER, IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, OTHER THAN PARTICIPANT’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (I.E. COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES), AND PARTICIPANT FURTHER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.

You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.
