Official Rules (“Official Rules”) 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

By entering into these Sweepstakes, I accept the terms and conditions and set forth in these Official Rules. I confirm I am at least 18+ years old and have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). By entering the sweepstakes, I agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Euromarket Designs, Inc. d/b/a/ Crate & Barrel and CB2, Coquillade Provence, Ring Concierge, and L'Occitane, and Gathrd (collectively, the “Associated Companies”). The Associated Companies have provided prizes to the Sweepstakes but only Euromarket Designs, Inc. d/b/a/ Crate & Barrel and CB2 (the “Sponsor”) is sponsoring the sweepstakes and responsible for operating the Sweepstakes. No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

Eligibility: The Ultimate Honeymoon Getaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and any other United States territories), who are at least twenty-one years of age and have a valid email address and access to the internet via an electronic device such as a computer, laptop, or mobile device. Employees, officers, directors, interns, agents, and independent contractors of the Sponsor, its prize providers, licensors, affiliated companies, authorized designees, and related entities (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as any individuals or entities involved in the development, judging, or administration of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate. This restriction also applies to immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Sweepstakes Entity employees and to individuals living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Euromarket Designs, Inc. d/b/a/ Crate & Barrel at 1250 Techny Road Northbrook, IL 60062 USA. 

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am EDT on 07/21/2025 and ends 08/20/2025 at 11:59pm EDT (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the sweepstakes site https://www.crateandbarrel.com/registry-honeymoon-sweeps (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and completing the Sweepstakes entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries,” will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. 

By entering the Giveaway in accordance with the entry process described above, you will be registering to receive email communication from Euromarket Designs, Inc. d/b/a/ Crate & Barrel and CB2, Coquillade Provence, Ring Concierge, and L'Occitane, and Gathrd and agreeing that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by the following partners:

Bonus Entries: Each person who submits an entry to the Sweepstakes will have the opportunity to obtain additional entries by performing listed social actions. For each action performed, the user will receive the allotted amount of bonus entries listed. Entrant can receive unlimited additional entries by completing  bonus entry actions. 

Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about 8/21/2025, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. 

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted. 

Prize(s): One (1) grand prize will be awarded and one (1) winner will be chosen. 

Description of Prizes: Grand Prize total value of $12,850 USD

Prize will include:

• $1,000 Gift Card to Crate & Barrel

  • One (1) 5-night stay for two (2) people in a Luberon Suite, including daily breakfast, taxes, and fees (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.00).

  • Prize also includes:

  • One (1) wine tasting for two (2) people

  • One (1) 1-hour duo spa treatment; and

  • One (1) half-day rental of two (2) electric bicycles.

  • Valid for travel between October 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026. All travel must be completed by October 31, 2026. Reservation is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

  • Airfare, ground transportation to and from the airport, food and beverages other than daily breakfast, gratuities, and all other incidental expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and selected blackout dates including but not limited to Spring Break, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays. No refund or compensation to winner will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. All expenses and incidental travel costs, including but not limited to flight amounts greater than $1,000, taxes, ground transportation to and from airport and hotel, hotel fees, service fees, as well as all incidentals, including but not limited to: food and beverage, telephone, fitness center, laundry, etc., spa treatments, excursions,  extra night(s), extra guest(s), and other costs, fees, or surcharges, will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Guest must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Winner and travel companion(s) are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Each winner and their guest must be 21+, hold a valid passport, and any necessary visa(s) to travel. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel and/or health restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.

Prizes are non-transferable.  No substitutions or cash redemptions.  In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All taxes and unspecified expenses are the responsibility of winner.  Limit one prize per person or household.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, all applicable laws, and the decisions of the Sponsor and any appointed judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Official Rules and further agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize providers, licensors, authorized designees, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries (including personal injury or death), costs, or expenses (including reasonable outside attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

This includes, without limitation:

(a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;

(b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or network connections;

(c) printing, typographical, or other errors of any kind;

(d) lost, late, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, or undeliverable entries or mail;

(e) errors in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries;

(f) injury or damage to persons or property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize;

(g) Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the reasonable cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or for any punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Privacy and Use of Information Submitted; Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes of this Sweepstakes and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules. The Privacy Policy contains disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, including a notice of financial incentive. Entrants acknowledge that prizes may be fulfilled by third parties and consent to the disclosure of personal information to such third parties for the limited purpose of fulfilling prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. 

Use of Entrant Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the Associated Parties will use Entrant’s information, including, without limitation, your email address, phone number, mailing address, or any other contact information provided for general solicitation, marketing, or other business or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor or the participating companies. You may revoke this use at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in a marketing email, or by contacting the specific brand from which you received the promotion. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communication and may not apply to transactional communication including those associated with your entry. 

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Chicago, Illinois. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Illinois. 

Third Party Platforms: If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered, or operated on a third party platform, including without limitation a social media platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) (“Third Party Platform”), then by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by such Third Party Platform and to hold harmless such Third Party Platform from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prizes or participation in any prize related activities. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any Third Party Platform. 

Results: To request a winners list, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Crate & Barrel at 1250 Techny Road Northbrook, IL 60062 USA. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.
