• Sweepstakes Description - Participating brands collaborate to build a "winner takes all" sweepstakes giveaway with a total retail value of approximately $250. Giveaway items include but are not limited to product samples, gift cards to brand's e-commerce pages, merchandise, and complimentary subscriptions. Winnings are calculated by the retail value of brand contributions. The giveaway starts July 24th, 2019 at 10:00 am Eastern time and ends July 31st, 2019 at 11:59 pm Eastern time.

• Promotional Discount Code Description - After the giveaway is concluded, all entrants will be given a 15% discount code to each of the participating brand's e-commerce sites. The coupon code will be distributed by email out to all the entrants within 72 hours after the conclusion of the sweepstakes. The code is valid for 15% off all orders thru December 9th.

• Eligibility - Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. The winner's mailing address must be within the contiguous United States of America. No international shipments or shipment to Hawaii or Alaska.
• Prizes - The total retail value of winnings is approximately $250. Giveaway items include but are not limited to product samples, gift cards to brand's e-commerce pages, merchandise, and complimentary subscriptions.
• How to Enter - complete the form located at this webpage within the start and end dates. Additional entries available to those who complete additional steps after entering. 
• Winner Selection - The giveaway is winner takes all. The winner is selected at random by a third party, Viral Sweep. 
• Winner Notification - The winner will be notified by email no later than August 3rd. The winner must respond to the original notification with 48 hours.
• Privacy - By entering the giveaway you authorize all participating brands to opt-in your contact information to future marketing and promotional communications. Your personal information will not be given or sold to any organization outside of the participating brands. 
• Liability - In the event that the giveaway does not go as planned, and one or any brand is not able to contribute their share of winnings no other participating brand shall be responsible for the value of those winnings. Instead, the total winnings will be deducted by that amount.
• Social Network Disclaimers - All participating social networking companies, including but not limited to Facebook, are released from any kind of liability incurred during the giveaway.  
• Winner List - Once the winner is chosen, they will be listed on the Instagram accounts of the participating brand accounts.
