1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, and affiliates of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and fulfillment providers, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

Winner is solely responsible for ensuring that receipt, possession, and use of the prize complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in winner’s jurisdiction.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the published start date and ends on the published end date (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the stated end date unless otherwise specified. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the designated online entry form during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address unless otherwise stated. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated system, or other mechanical or electronic means are void. Use of multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or other methods to circumvent entry limits is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize(s)

Winner(s) will receive the prize(s) described in the promotional materials. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be disclosed.

No cash substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or if shipment or award of the prize is prohibited in the winner’s jurisdiction.

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and any other required documentation prior to prize distribution. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC where required.

Knife / Product Safety Notice

If the prize includes a knife or other sharp instrument, winner acknowledges that the product is inherently dangerous and must be handled with care. By accepting the prize, winner:

• Assumes all risks associated with receipt, possession, and use;
• Agrees to use the product safely, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws; and
• Acknowledges that Sponsor is not responsible for misuse or unlawful use.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winner(s) will be notified via the email address provided at entry within approximately five (5) days of selection. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are undelivered due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted,
• Is ineligible,
• Fails to respond within fifteen (15) days of notification,
• Fails to complete required documentation, or
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

7. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, virus, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may select winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures of any kind;
• Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries;
• Unauthorized human intervention;
• Errors in administration or announcement of winner(s).

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damages arising directly or indirectly from:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes;
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or
• Technical or operational errors.

This release does not apply to claims arising from Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on Sponsor’s website.

By entering, participants agree to receive communications related to the administration of the Sweepstakes. Participants may also opt in to receive marketing emails from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in such emails.

11. Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that:

• Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;
• Entrant waives the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration;
• Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules;
• The arbitration shall take place in Kootenai County, Idaho;
• Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Force Majeure

Sponsor shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, labor disputes, supply chain disruption, or technical failures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Winners List

To obtain the name of the winner(s) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period to:
