OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The DOHIRO Waitlist Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of DOHIRO LLC (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (including Atelier Commerce), and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [October 27th, 2026] at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on [November 6th, 2026] at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Online: Visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/23c600-239608?framed=1 during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the entry form with your first name and a valid email address, check the box confirming you are 18 or older and agree to these Official Rules, then submit. A link to the entry page may also be shared by direct message on Instagram to people who comment on a DOHIRO post; commenting is not required to enter, and the entry page is available to anyone at the URL above.

Daily entry: Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Bonus entries: After entering, entrants may earn bonus entries by completing the optional actions shown on the entry page: (a) ten (10) bonus entries for each friend who submits a valid, eligible entry using the entrant's unique referral link, up to fifty (50) referrals (500 bonus entries); (b) three (3) bonus entries for following @dohironyc on Instagram; (c) two (2) bonus entries for following @dohironyc on TikTok; (d) one (1) bonus entry for following DOHIRO on Facebook; and (e) one (1) bonus entry for following @dohironyc on X. Each follow bonus may be earned once per person. Bonus actions are optional and are not required to enter or win.

Maximum entries: An entrant may receive no more than [518] total entries during the Sweepstakes Period ([11] daily entries, 500 referral bonus entries and 7 follow bonus entries). Self-referrals, referrals of ineligible people and referrals using duplicate or fake email addresses do not count.

Entries that are incomplete or do not follow these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. You may not enter more times than permitted by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices. Use of fraudulent methods, bots, scripts or other automated means will void your entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one new garment by DOHIRO delivered every three months over the course of twelve months. Approximate retail value: $800. Actual value may differ at the time of award. The prize is expected to ship by the end of February, 2027; No cash or other substitution, transfer or assignment is permitted except by the Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and any other prize-related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 if the prize value is $600 or more.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, including bonus entries.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within the first 5 days of November, under the supervision of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter within five (5) days of the drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for a winner's failure to receive notice because of spam, junk mail or other security settings, or because of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or does not return any required declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the time stated, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of the prize is conditioned on compliance with all federal and state laws and these Official Rules.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and those acting on its behalf to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice, review or compensation.

9. Sponsor's Rights

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that case, the Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the action taken. The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, and may void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same person or device in excess of the limit, or the use of bots, macros or scripts. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Email Communications

By entering, you agree to receive email from DOHIRO about its launch, products and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Opting out does not affect your entry.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. In any such dispute, participants may not obtain awards for, and waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering.

13. Privacy and Your Information

This section explains how Sponsor collects, uses and protects the information of people who enter the Sweepstakes. It applies until DOHIRO publishes a full Privacy Policy on dohiro.com. 

What we collect. When you enter, Sponsor collects the information you submit on the entry form (such as your name and email address, and your phone number if you provide it), your entries and bonus actions, the friends you refer, and basic technical data (such as IP address, device and browser type) used to prevent fraud and duplicate entries.

How we use it. Sponsor uses this information to: (a) run the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility and prevent fraud; (b) select, contact and announce the winner and deliver the prize; (c) send you DOHIRO marketing emails about products, launches and offers, as described in Section 10 (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email); and (d) if you opted in, send you text messages (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel).

Who we share it with. Sponsor shares entrant information only with service providers that help run the Sweepstakes and its communications, including ViralSweep (sweepstakes platform) and Klaviyo (email and text messaging), and with shipping or fulfillment partners as needed to deliver the prize. The winner's name may be announced as described in Sections 8 and 14. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. Sponsor may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it. Entry records are kept for up to 24 months after the Sweepstakes ends, for winner verification and legal and tax purposes. If you stay subscribed, your email address (and phone number, if provided) is kept until you unsubscribe or ask Sponsor to delete it.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing marketing@ateliercommerce.com. Deleting your information before the drawing may make you ineligible to win. Residents of California and some other states may have additional rights under their state's laws, and Sponsor will handle those requests as the law requires.

Security. Sponsor uses reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children. The Sweepstakes is open only to people 18 or older. Sponsor does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

14. Winner's Name and Official Rules

16. Social Platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat or Google. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to any of these platforms. Each entrant releases these platforms from any and all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.
