1. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Refuge Medical & Training, 807 West Broadway St. Spiro, OK 74959.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (void in AK, HI, and where prohibited) who are 18+ at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors and their immediate family members are ineligible.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Begins on April 21st, 2026, at 1:00 pm and ends on June 30th, 2026, at 11:59 pm CST.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

• Initial Entry: Visit https://refugemedical.com/pages/wild-free-summer-sweepstakes and enter your Name, Email address, and phone number. This is the primary method of entry and is 100% free, or send a 3x5 index card with your name, email, and address to 807 West Broadway St. Spiro, OK 74959. All mailed entries must be post marked by June 30th, 2026, and will count as the max number of entries available. 

• Bonus Entries (10 Entries Each): Participants may earn additional entries by completing free social media actions, including following the official accounts of Refuge Medical, on Instagram, Facebook, X, or YouTube. Participants may also receive 10 entries for any purchase made during the sweepstakes at Refugemedical.com. 1 Extra entry point will be given per each friend referred to the sweepstakes.

• Verification: Social media accounts must be set to "Public" for entry verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries if social actions are undone (e.g., unfollowing) before the winner selection date.

6. WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION: One winner will be selected via random drawing on or about July 1st, 2026. Selection will be conducted by Refuge Medical & Training, whose decisions are final. Winner must provide a valid physical shipping address (No PO Boxes) before the prize is released.

7. TAXES & REGULATORY FILINGS: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor maintains all necessary filings and bonds as required by the state of Oklahoma.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be contacted via the Email and/or Phone Number provided at entry. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected on July 6th, 2026, with a final 48-hour response window.

9. INDEMNIFICATION & RELEASE: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Refuge Medical & Training, and all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) from any and all liability, injuries, death, or losses that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes or the use of the prize gear.

10. PUBLICITY: Participation constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration, where permitted by law.

11. PRIVACY & MARKETING: By participating, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Refuge Medical. Entrants may opt-out at any time.
