DATES OF GIVEAWAY:

The Flourside x That Sourdough Gal May Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on May 8, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on May 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Flourside, @thesourdoughgal, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Flourside’s decisions, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER:

To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Follow @flourside_ and @thatsourdoughgal on Instagram.

2. Submit your email through the official giveaway landing page: [insert URL here].

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 16, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the email provided on the official entry form and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be chosen.

PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• Four (4) Wood Pulp Bannetons – medium size, one of each:

  • Oval – Spiral

• One (1) Opinel Intempora Bread Knife

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $230 USD

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Flourside reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Flourside and @thesourdoughgal, their affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, agents, and advertising/promotional agencies from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation or use of the prize.

Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification. Flourside reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Information collected will only be used for administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with Flourside’s privacy policy.
