Inslogic Rewards Season - Official Rules

1. Eligibility

This giveaway and promotion are open to 3D printing enthusiasts located in the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore territories), the United Kingdom, and the European Union markets. Both brand-new participants and returning/existing Inslogic customers are fully eligible to participate.

2. Rewards, Tiers & Selection Logic

The campaign consists of a Raffle/Giveaway tier and a Task-Based Milestone tier. Rewards are structured and distributed as follows:

Raffle Tier (Grand Prize & Standard Prize):

Grand Prize (3 Winners total): A MEGA 36kg Annual Filament Bundle. Winners will receive a 3kg Filament Mystery Box every month for a full year (spanning 12 consecutive months from July 2026 to July 2027). This prize is 100% free with absolutely zero product or shipping costs.

Standard Prize (3,000+ Winners total): A FREE 250g Spool-Free Engineering Sample. Materials include Inslogic's engineering lineup (such as Nylon PA6/66, PC-ABS, PA6-GF25, PA6-CF, and PA12-CF). Specific material allocation is strictly randomized based on stock availability. All 3,000+ sample spools include complimentary free shipping.

Raffle Logic & Overlap Policy (Non-Parallel Draws): The drawings for the Grand Prize pool and the Standard Prize pool are conducted as completely separate, independent events. A single unique participant is fully eligible to win a maximum of ONE (1) Standard Prize AND ONE (1) Grand Prize simultaneously. However, winning multiple Grand Prizes or multiple Standard Prizes per single verified individual or physical shipping address is strictly prohibited.

Selection & Verification: To qualify for the raffle pool, participants MUST successfully complete BOTH their email registration and valid physical shipping address details (Step 1). Existing registered customers must re-submit their active details within the campaign form to successfully log and activate their raffle entry. Registering grants entry into the raffle only and does not guarantee a physical prize.

Raffle Draw Dates & Notification: The raffle drawings will take place weekly on Fridays (July 10, July 17, July 24, and July 31, 2026). Selected winners will be verified, and an official notification email will be sent directly to each winner on the SAME DAY as the drawing.

Coupon Tier (Task-Based Rewards & Distribution):

$5 Off Coupon: Automatically unlocked upon successfully following any three (3) of Inslogic's official social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or Facebook). Limit ONE (1) $5 coupon per participant. Coupon is valid site-wide on orders over $50.

$10 Off Coupon: Automatically unlocked once at least one (1) friend successfully registers (completes both email and address entry) via the participant's unique referral link. Limit ONE (1) $10 coupon per participant, regardless of how many total friends are referred. Coupon is valid site-wide on orders over $100.

Coupon Issuance Schedule: Earned coupons from both Step 2 and Step 3 will not be sent immediately. Data verification and coupon codes will be processed weekly, and issued via email to all qualifying participants every Thursday (on the same day as the raffle draw) throughout the campaign period.

3. Anti-Fraud Policy

To ensure fairness, our fraud detection system monitors all entries. Re-submitting valid personal data by a single existing customer to activate campaign entries is legally permitted; however, multiple registrations using fabricated identities, referral manipulations, or bot activities originating from the same IP address, device, or shipping address will result in the automatic disqualification of all associated entries, scores, and rewards.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Free Shipping Terms

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and full name are 100% accurate.

100% Free Shipping: Inslogic covers all standard shipping fees for the Raffle Tier prizes (both Grand Prizes and Standard Prizes). Winners are required to pay $0 for product and $0 for shipping.

Address Restrictions: We ONLY ship to valid physical residential or business addresses. PO Box or APO/FPO addresses are strictly prohibited; any such entries will be automatically disqualified from receiving physical prizes. Inslogic is not responsible for non-delivery, loss, or return shipping fees due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the participant.

Continental United States: 3-7 business days

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days

European Union: 3-10 business days

5. Disclaimers & Reservation of Rights

Right of Interpretation: Inslogic reserves the final right of interpretation, amendment, and modification for all rules, terms, conditions, and reward structures of this campaign.

Campaign Modifications: Inslogic reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify the campaign, prize pools, or selection criteria at any time without prior notice, particularly in the event of technical malfunctions, virus/bot attacks, fraud, or any other uncontrollable factors that compromise the fairness or integrity of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Inslogic from any liability, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or from participation in this campaign.

Final Decisions: All decisions made by the Inslogic official committee regarding winner selection, eligibility verification, fraud disqualification, and reward distribution are absolute, binding, and final in all respects.
