The “idobi Guest List: Death Cab For Cutie Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is organized by idobi Network, LLC.

One winner will receive two (2) tickets to see Death Cab For Cutie live in Las Vegas, plus a hotel stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins Monday, June 29 at 12:00 PM ET and ends Monday, July 6 at 12:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period through the free idobi App, associated promotional links, or at idobi.com.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by following the instructions provided through the free idobi App, associated promotional links, or at idobi.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period, unless otherwise expressly stated by idobi Network, LLC.

All entries have an equal chance of winning, regardless of method of entry.

Automated, bot-generated, script-generated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.

Eligibility

Participants must be:

Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Participants must also be able to attend the Death Cab For Cutie concert in Las Vegas. Winner and guest are responsible for satisfying any venue, ticketing, travel, age, security, entry, and event requirements.

Winner may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID for venue entry, will call, ticket pickup, hotel check-in, age verification, or any other requirements related to prize fulfillment.

Winner must be able to check in to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and satisfy any hotel check-in requirements, including but not limited to age requirements, valid photo identification, credit card hold, deposit, incidental authorization, and hotel policies.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of idobi Network, LLC, its affiliates, promotional partners, prize providers, advertising partners, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random on or around Monday, July 6, following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of selection and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to verify winner eligibility before awarding the prize. Winner may be required to complete and return documentation reasonably requested by idobi Network, LLC, including but not limited to eligibility confirmation, liability release, publicity release, tax forms, or prize acceptance forms.

All decisions made by idobi Network, LLC regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize

The single winner will receive:

Two (2) tickets to see Death Cab For Cutie live in Las Vegas.
A hotel stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500. Actual value may vary based on ticket prices, hotel rates, date of stay, availability, and fulfillment details at the time the prize is awarded.

Concert tickets and hotel accommodations are subject to availability, event capacity, event scheduling, promoter approval, hotel availability, venue policies, ticketing provider rules, and any restrictions set by the venue, promoter, ticketing provider, hotel, artists, or their partners.

Travel, airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking, taxes, resort fees, deposits, incidentals, upgrades, merchandise, VIP packages, meet-and-greets, and any additional expenses are not included unless expressly stated by idobi Network, LLC.

Hotel stay details, including room type, length of stay, check-in/check-out dates, and any restrictions, will be determined by idobi Network, LLC and/or its fulfillment partners at their sole discretion.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be made except at idobi Network, LLC’s sole discretion.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize, whether or not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment will begin after the winner:

Confirms eligibility
Provides required contact information
Provides any required guest information
Provides any required ticketing information
Provides any required hotel check-in information
Completes any documentation reasonably requested by idobi Network, LLC

Delivery timelines may vary based on third-party ticketing, venue, event, promoter, hotel, and fulfillment providers.

idobi Network, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by ticket availability, vendor processing, promoter approval, hotel availability, venue changes, ticketing issues, event changes, hotel changes, or circumstances beyond its control.

Substitution Clause

If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, rescheduling, venue changes, ticketing issues, promoter approval, hotel availability, hotel changes, travel restrictions, acts of God, force majeure events, public health restrictions, or circumstances beyond idobi Network, LLC’s control, idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Disqualification

idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries using different names, email addresses, accounts, devices, or identities, provides false or misleading information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful manner.

idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, security issues, unauthorized intervention, or any other factors impair the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for idobi Network, LLC to use winner’s name, likeness, city, state, voice, biographical information, submitted entry materials, and/or prize-related content for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, review, or approval.

Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, winner notification, eligibility verification, and related promotional purposes in accordance with idobi Network, LLC’s privacy practices.

By entering, participants agree to provide the information reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prize.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree that idobi Network, LLC and its respective affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, promotional partners, advertising partners, prize providers, and fulfillment providers are not responsible for:

Technical issues, platform outages, or entry errors
Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable entries
Prize delivery delays
Ticketing, venue, event, promoter, hotel, or fulfillment delays
Event cancellations, rescheduling, or venue changes
Hotel availability, hotel changes, hotel policies, check-in issues, deposits, resort fees, incidental holds, or hotel-related expenses
Travel, airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking, taxes, deposits, incidentals, upgrades, merchandise, VIP packages, meet-and-greets, or related expenses
Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize

Winner assumes all responsibility for compliance with prize terms, venue policies, ticketing policies, hotel policies, event policies, travel requirements, and applicable laws.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by idobi Network, LLC.

idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Death Cab For Cutie, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, any venue, ticketing provider, event promoter, artist, sponsor, hotel partner, or any social or advertising platform on which the promotion may appear, unless otherwise expressly stated.
