Palmetto State Armory’s 250,000^th Subscriber Giveaway Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Palmetto State Armory, LLC (the “Sponsor”).

Entrant’s (“your,” “you,” or “entrant”) registration and participation in this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules.

• SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

• ELIGIBILITY. This Sweepstakes is open only to permanent, legal residents physically residing in the United States (excluding the States of New York, Alaska, and Hawaii, all U.S. territories and possessions, and all overseas military installations), who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in the States of New York, Alaska, and Hawaii, outside of the United States, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes (the “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (defined as spouses; biological, adoptive or step-parents; legal guardians; children; siblings; or grandparents; their respective spouses and any dependent under federal income tax law) or household members are not eligible to participate in or win this Sweepstakes. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release and complete relevant tax forms as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Eligibility is required at the time of entry and time of drawing.

• ENTRY. To enter this Sweepstakes, submit an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes site. After submitting the online form, additional entries may be earned by completing the following actions in accordance with the instructions on the Sweepstakes site: (a) Referring your friends; (b) subscribing to Palmetto State Armory’s YouTube channel (@PalmettoStateArmoryVideos); (c) liking Palmetto State Armory on Facebook; (d) following Palmetto State Armory’s Instagram page (@palmettostatearmoryofficial); (e) following Palmetto State Armory on X (Twitter) (@palmettoarmory); (f) subscribing to Palmetto State Armory’s Daily Deal emails; and (g) following Palmetto State Armory on TikTok (@palmetto.state.ar). Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Any entrant’s failure to comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines shall also result in disqualification.

Promotion Parties are not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

• PRIZE. One (1) winner will be awarded the grand prize (“Grand Prize”), consisting of (i) a $5,000 shopping spree at the Palmetto State Armory retail store located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; (ii) a 3-day, 2-night trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which shall include round-trip economy/coach air transportation for the winner and travel companion from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s home to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, hotel accommodations for two (2) nights for the winner and travel companion (one room, double occupancy at hotel selected by Sponsor), and a $500 Sponsor-specified prepaid card that may be used for meals and ground transportation.

Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $7,500.00. Actual retail value of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and fare/rate fluctuations, but shall not exceed the stated ARV. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner.

All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or Sponsor's designee. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The winner of the Grand Prize must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the Grand Prize may be forfeited and an alternate randomly selected winner chosen. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Travel must be booked at least three (3) weeks prior to travel and all travel must be completed by November 1, 2026. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in their sole and absolute discretion. The round trip air transportation element for the Grand Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to Grand Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. If the winner elects to travel or participate in the Grand Prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Grand Prize. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, trip insurance, taxes, tips, entertainment, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from winner’s home residence are the winner's sole responsibility. Winners may be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card.

Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the winner with their prize, the Sponsor may elect, to provide the winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. In the event a prize winner and/or his or her companion engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and travel companion must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (i.e., Real ID-compliant driver’s license or Real ID-compliant non-driver ID, passport, passport card or other TSA-approved ID; visit www.tsa.gov for a list of TSA-approved IDs) required for travel. Winner and travel companion must comply with all airline, CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements. Each travel companion (or the winner on behalf of travel companion who is a minor and their child/charge) of the winner, will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure.

Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during ,and after the trip. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if winner and/or travel companion is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of Grand Prize Notification.

• RESTRICTIONS ON PRIZES. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any firearm or ammunition purchased during the shopping spree or otherwise from Sponsor shall only be sold in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. In order to receive a firearm or ammunition, winner must be eligible to possess and own firearms and ammunition under all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and may be required to provide Sponsor proof of such eligibility. Any firearms purchased shall be shipped to and transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), and winners shall be responsible for any applicable FFL fees. If a winner is not eligible to possess or own a firearm or Sponsor is unable to determine such eligibility to its sole satisfaction, Sponsor may refuse the sale.

• DRAWINGS AND ODDS. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur within approximately five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes and each of the drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor.

AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED VERIFICATION OF ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

• Prize Notifications/Claims. Potential winners will be notified by phone (the “Notification”) and must respond to the Notification within five (3) business days or such other date set by Sponsor. In order to claim the prize, the potential winner must sign and return (except where prohibited) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a W-9 tax form (the “Paperwork”) within ten (10) business days of the Notification or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond or provide the Paperwork within the applicable time periods will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any Notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, resulting from acceptance of prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

• PUBLICITY. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or hometown and state for promotion, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media, worldwide, for this Sweepstakes, without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering or accepting a prize in this Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners release, waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of this Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes.

• CHOICE OF LAW. Entrants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of South Carolina, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrants further agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Lexington County, South Carolina.

• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By entering or accepting a prize in this Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners accept and agree to these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entrants further accept and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes.

• PRIVACY POLICY. Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy stated at https://privacy.palmettostatearmory.com/.

• SOCIAL MEDIA NOTICES. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), or Google. Each entrant releases YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Google from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.

• WINNERS LIST. For the name of the prize winner, send an email to info@palmettostatearmory.com with the subject line “Palmetto State Armory Subscriber Giveaway Winner.” Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025.

• SPONSOR. Palmetto State Armory, LLC, 3850 Fernandina Rd., Columbia, South Carolina 29210.

This Sweepstakes shall not be published without the written permission of the Sponsor.

This Sweepstakes is not offered and is void in New York, Alaska, Hawaii, outside of the United States, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
