Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. The giveaway begins on March 18, 2025 and ends on April 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one entry per household.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received using a random number generator on Random.org. The winner will receive one (1) pair of Go Higher Mountain Gazette x J Skis skis in whatever size we have in the office, (1) Hot Pow tee in size of your choice, and a bag of premium charcoal briquettes for spring BBQing at the mountain (max value $30, that's a lot of briquettes). No substitutions swaps, or anything like that. The winner will be announced on April 2, 2025, and will be contacted by email, so use an email we can definitely contact. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected. 

You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received (see Odds). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Example entry: if the entrant has 1 entry and there are a total of 10,000 entries. The chance of the entrant winning is 1 in 10,000.

How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on Mountaingazette.com during the Promotion Period, completing the checkbox saying you have read and agree to the rules, and clicking enter.

By entering, participants agree to share your email with and receive emails from Mountain Gazette and J Skis and to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party unless otherwise stated.

And, by entering this giveaway, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Mountain Gazette, its parent company, their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any rights granted hereunder.
