Participate in our sweepstakes for your chance to have the Willis Tower twin antenna be part of your gender reveal. To participate and win, simply follow Skydeck Chicago on Instagram and TikTok, and tag an expecting parent you want to nominate! Sweepstakes begins Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. CST through Monday, November 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Winners will be notified by Skydeck via DM on either Instagram or TikTok within 24 hours. Following the winner being selected, the date to light the Antenna must be by April 17, 2026.

RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Skydeck Chicago (Sponsor) and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or (X). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook, Instagram or (X).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

Employees of Skydeck Chicago, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO RULES 

By participating, the Participant (“You”) agree to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. CST and ends on through November 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, all entrants must, within the Sweepstakes Period, complete all required information on the Sweepstakes entry form, including full name and valid email address, at LINK TO VIRALSWEEP PAGE.Limited one (1) entry per person/e-mail address, however, entrants may redeem bonus entries as outlined here.

Entrant may earn additional entries into the Sweepstakes by completing up to three (3) additional engagements with certain websites and social media platforms (each engagement herein referred to as an “Engagement”). Additional entries are only available to those who complete the initial entry (first name, last name, and email address) and are only available on the confirmation page immediately following entrant’s submission of the initial entry. Additional entries are not required to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants earn up to one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each Engagement listed below:

Each Engagement will provide one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes, with no more than four (4) total entries allowed or possible per person combined with the initial entry. For example, if entrant completes one (1) additional Engagement, entrant will receive (1) additional entry for a total of two (2) entries. If entrant completes two (2) additional Engagements, entrant will receive two (2) additional entries for a total of three (3) entries. Additional engagement options include:

All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, as well as ViralSweep.

WINNER SELECTION

Participant(s) wil be notified by Skydeck Chicago within 24 hours to claim prize. If prize isn’t claimed, they shall forfeit the prize and the next winner will be selected.

PRIZES:

One (1) winner will choose the date to for their gender reveal before April 17, 2026.

No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and the participating retailer to use Winner’s name, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event that any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspected entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

 INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, the Facebook platform, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim"), shall be (1) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (2) settled by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (ii) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.

Skydeck Chicago, Instagram, Inc. (“Instagram”), Twitter, Inc. (“Twitter”), Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) and each of their respective parent companies, trustees, subsidiaries, franchisees, assignees, affiliates, licensees, agents, independent contractors, telecasters, sponsors, licensees and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective general and limited partners, members, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives and contractors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be responsible for lost, late, stolen, garbled, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a participant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions.

Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the tabulation of scores, or any errors appearing in any Sweepstakes-related materials including, but not limited, to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the Winners or the distribution of the Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize (or any portion thereof) including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and fully release the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action and/or liabilities for any injuries, losses, death, or damages of any kind caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in, or preparation for, the Sweepstakes, Sweepstakes-related activity, participant’s Entry, or resulting from the acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof) including any travel or activity related thereto.

If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, cancellation of games, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, if terminated, to determine the Winner, if any, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries submitted up to the point of termination.

Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, cable, satellite, wireless, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, malfunctions of wireless devices, wireless service problems, cellular tower equipment, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or wireless service congestion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND SPONSOR, MLB AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any participant who is disqualified due to such an action.

This Sweepstakes may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of gambling.

WINNER’S LIST/NAME: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sponsor at: Skydeck Chicago, 233 S Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL 60606. Requests must be received no later than Tuesday, December 31, 2025.

This Sweepstakes is not produced, sponsored or executed by Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
