The Potential Winner(s) and Alternate Potential Winner(s) must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a Potential Winner(s) or Alternate Potential Winner(s) is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an Alternative Potential Winner(s) by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entrants that correctly submitted an online entry and/or correctly mailed in an AMOE(s). The prize(s) will be awarded after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period and after the Sponsor’s receipt of the Potential Winner(s) or Alternate Potential Winner(s) Declaration of Compliance (such person(s) being the “Winner(s)”).
