Overview

The “idobi Guest List: Warped DC VIP Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is organized by idobi Network, LLC.

One winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to Warped DC.

idobi wants you to experience Warped DC as a VIP! This is your chance to dive headfirst into the chaos and nostalgia that made Warped Tour a rite of passage for an entire generation.

But not only are you going — you’re going in style as an idobi Guest List VIP.

Score VIP tickets to Warped DC and make your return to the pit a little more comfortable, because we’re not as young as we used to be.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins Wednesday, May 20, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Friday, May 29 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period through the free idobi App and associated promotional links.

Eligibility

Participants must be:

Legal residents of the United States
18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Participants must also be able to attend Warped DC. Winner and guest are responsible for satisfying any venue, ticketing, travel, age, security, entry, and event requirements.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random on or around Saturday, May 30.

The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of selection and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

All decisions made by idobi Network, LLC regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final.

Prize

The single winner will receive:

Two (2) VIP tickets to Warped DC.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500

Tickets are subject to event capacity, event scheduling, promoter approval, venue policies, ticketing provider rules, and availability.

Travel, airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, parking, incidentals, upgrades, and any additional expenses are not included unless expressly stated by idobi Network, LLC.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be made except at idobi’s sole discretion.

Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment will begin after the winner:

Confirms eligibility
Provides required contact information
Provides any required guest information
Provides any required mailing or ticketing information
Completes any documentation reasonably requested by idobi Network, LLC

Delivery timelines may vary based on third-party ticketing, venue, event, promoter, and fulfillment providers.

idobi Network, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by ticket availability, vendor processing, promoter approval, venue changes, ticketing issues, event changes, or circumstances beyond its control.

Substitution Clause

If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, rescheduling, venue changes, ticketing issues, promoter approval, VIP package availability, or circumstances beyond idobi’s control, idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree that idobi Network, LLC and its respective affiliates, partners, employees, and agents are not responsible for:

Technical issues, platform outages, or entry errors
Prize delivery delays
Ticketing, venue, event, promoter, or fulfillment delays
Event cancellations, rescheduling, or venue changes
Travel, lodging, transportation, meals, parking, incidentals, or related expenses
Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize

Winner assumes all responsibility for compliance with prize terms, venue policies, ticketing policies, event policies, VIP policies, and applicable laws.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and all decisions made by idobi Network, LLC.

idobi Network, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the promotion.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Warped Tour, Warped DC, any venue, ticketing provider, event promoter, artist, sponsor, or any social or advertising platform on which the promotion may appear, unless otherwise expressly stated.
